We just completed a bathroom remodel with Priced Right Handy Man. I know a lot of people have referred different remodelers over the years but this couple are the best we have used in 45 years. If you want perfection and creativity they are the ones to call. We are so pleased and want others to know about them. They are six star. Itâ s not like hiring a contractor with a bunch of subcontractors. This husband and wife team are it. No subs coming and going. When they do your house you are their only client until completed to your satisfaction. They do it all and are very respectful of the clients they work with. See the bathtub. Cast iron in marble. They insulated around the tub for sound. Even put extra touches like metal corners on all tile work. (512 820 3020)

Pat and Leya Moody did a great and excellent job on some remodeling and painting in my house. They were honest, dependable and trustworthy. They did everything they said they would do on the project. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work.

We had extensive water damage from a leak that was caused by poor construction. The water damage destroyed three rooms flooring, walls, and studs. After fighting insurance, insurance appointed contractors and getting ridiculous estimates from other contractors we landed on "Priced Right Handyman" based on a neighborhood recommendation. After almost two years of dealing with garbage contractors, we finally got taken seriously by someone who was willing to do thew work for an extremely reasonable price. "Priced Right Handyman" is the name but you get a twofer, you get P&L (Pat and Leyla) and they do all the work. Anyone who has dealt with general contractors will right away recognize that this is a bit different. Instead of having several crews destroy your property as they do their "work" P&L do *ALL* the work and they always clean after themselves, every day (if you have allergies like in my family you'll understand the importance of this!). You get an update every day as to what is expected. You talk to them every day about what needs to happen next and what decisions need to be made. The experience of dealing with them or a general contractor alone is worth going with them. Not having to deal with different crews that are doing their best to leave because it is Friday or whatnot is great. We had some work done by other contractors that P&L saw and were so disgusted by it that they fixed it FOR FREE! They replaced a toilet bowl in another bathroom that had issues. Absolutely amazing and not even asked for. They offered it up because it was just bad (talking to you "The Steam Team"!). The job that they took on was enormous and had to be custom. We built our house and inherently it was non-standard. Everyone who came through the house and gave us an estimate went completely off the rails because it required precision and was non-standard. No one was willing to sign up for the job or quoted us ridiculous numbers. Or if you were "The Steam Team" you did a part, overcharged, and then walked off the job leaving us with a giant mess. The quote that they gave us was extremely reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. Not only was the price right, but there was also no hesitation in the skills required to complete the job with maximum quality. Every other contractor we spoke to always made excuses for parts of the job. Not "Priced Right Handyman". This brings me to the quality of the work. "Priced Right Handyman" work is extremely high quality. Both P&L have some sort of OCD and if it doesn't look right they will not accept the result and fix it before you even hear or see it. Part of the job did require some other folks to come in for tops and a glass door. Both delivered and both had to be called back to fix their work. And when that happened it really helped to have P&L in your corner to explain why their job was not up to par. Their quality is outstanding and they help to keep the less gifted contractors in line. P&L are tenacious, they do not give up until it is done right. We had all kinds of little issues (e.g. 3x wrong drains for our sinks). They will not stop until it is done right. Even when the job was officially over both showed up and helped to finish up installing the tops in the bathroom because the tops people screwed up. Another thing that Pat would not let go was that we had 110PSI in our house. He got so fed up with it that he asked a plumber to quote it and disliked the price and did it himself. He hung extra lights, installed a bidet toilet seat, etc. No extra charge and with a smile. I ran out of space for the review but I had more! The net is, They do great work and you should feel safe hiring them.

Great work by Pat and Leyla on our bathroom remodel. We have used them several times and have always been happy with the quality of their work.

Pat remodeled our bathroom and did a PHENOMENAL JOB! He does quality work and takes pride in his work I highly recommend him if you want quality work done at your home!!!👍🏻😀

Pat and Leyla did a very nice work for my walk-in shower. They did care to the details for all of the works. They showed up on time to work every day and cleaned up very well after the work was done. Very nice people to work with.

Very professional. Did quality work. Never miss a day & finished the work the day he said it would be finished. He & his wife are very nice people.

Truly professional work. Every corner, every line, every turn in the tile work, cabinet work, and ceiling work shows the quality of doing it right the first time. I have never seen craftsmanship like this in the Central Texas area. We will invite Patrick back again for more projects. Oh, and by the way, we had a house reveal with all the neighbors. They were just blown away by the quality of work and the WOW factor.

It is hard to find a good, reliable contractor especially when you are planning to remodel the master bathroom in the house where you expect to stay for the next 15 years. We looked at different websites (Yelp, Angie's list etc...) and met and talked to more than 10 contractors but at the end, there was something that was missing or wrong (too expensive, too long to reply to email, too much subcontracting etc...) until we met Pat.

Pat and Leyla are not your typical contractor. They show up every day to work and communicate with you every step of the way. They did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. Very nice, honest people.

We decided to remodel the kitchen and the master bathroom. we live in a house that is 40 plus years old and has never had anything done to it other than painting. They came in and bid the job. unlike some contractors when something unexpected would come up Pat did not change his price. The bathroom remodel is amazing. He had wonderful vision of what do with the room. He took out the wall that separated the vanity from the toilet and shower and added a wall so that the bathroom was separate from the master bedroom. when I asked if a shower head could be installed from the ceiling I figured I would be laughed at and Pat would say 'no, we can't do that'. That's not what he said, Pat put a shower head from the ceiling. My husband is 6'9" and now he can stand up fully to take a shower. I use his bathroom now more than I use my own. The kitchen had 40 year old contractor grade cabinets. We had two large fluorescent lights like you would find in the garage. The kitchen was functional but barely. Pat tore it down to the two by fours completely gutting it. He had to redo some plumbing because of the cabinetry I had made, he made the vent vent outside instead of back into the house and he had to reroute the air conditioning vent. He also had to do a lot of rewiring. After work every day they cleaned up and you would have never known they were here. Pat and Leyla are wonderful people professionally and personally. I had no problem leaving them in my home and trusting them. We have adopted them into our family as one of our own. They are very professional and always on time. I wish I knew how to upload pictures and show you how awesome the kitchen and the bathroom look.

Pat and Leyla renovated my master bedroom and bathroom. My bathroom had water damage in the shower area behind the ceramic tile. Pat cleaned out the rotted studs and prepared and tiled the new shower wall. All the walls of my bathroom were in bad shape. Pat repaired and painted the walls and added wainscot and trim. He replaced the old window with new window and window sill. Cut the door opening to 36” and moved the electrical wiring. He installed the flooring, a new tub, toilet and bathroom accessories. He moved the plumbing so that the vanity would fit into the small area. In my master bedroom he painted all walls plus an accent wall and added window sills and baseboards. He replaced the exterior water heater door with a new painted door with added vents. He replaced my garbage disposal and installed TV mounts on the wall. Pat and Leyla keep the renovation area very clean. They show up every morning on time and work hard all day to complete the job. Pat is very detail oriented and has very good problem solving skills. He makes his renovations very pretty, very functional and cost effective. I am very pleased with my new bathroom and bedroom.

Patrick was thorough and efficient with the estimate and completed the work in the time estimated. Everyday that he worked, he was careful to protect floors and carpet and cleaned up at the end of each work day. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the work being done and even corrected additional issues as he worked. I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the completed work.
