Write a ReviewCan't say enough good things about Priceless. Working with Project Manager Bill Brown was a pleasure. From initial roof inspection, to working with the insurance claim, he was professional and kept me informed with updates. The work crew was professional, and did an outstanding job. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Thank you Bill and Priceless.
I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship that this company exhibited from beginning to end. Charlene was my lifeline, informing me of every detail along the way. THANK YOU Charlene! THANK YOU Priceless Improvement! I love my new roof and intend on recommending this company to others.
The company was very instrumental is assisting me to get coverage for my roof from my insurance company. They also were timely and professional in the roof installation. The service was great.
The overall experience from Priceless Home Improvement, Frankie and Tommy was awful. Their communication throughout the whole process was horrendous on all aspects of the business. Many times during the job, I was ignore when questioning the status of the roof. A follow up was required every time I had sent out communication to get a response. Also when speaking with the manager, Tommy, he never fully articulated the reasoning for the increase in price for the roof (from the beginning scope of the project to the final invoice). I was met with threats, yelling and demeaning language demanding I pay the invoice when I was simply questioning the increase of the invoice. What is also troubling is he had said that overhead and profit is not included in their original scope of contract and that is standard practice for them. The project was supposed to replace the roof, replace the fence and also fix the interior living room. The fence was never replace, and the living room was only painted. The invoice stated several lines that was never done, I.E. scrap surface area, paint crown molding, final cleaning. The worst part of this job was the increase in price for the roof. The original scope of the WHOLE project was for $8k, the final invoice inflated to $20k. When questioning the invoice, it was stated that supplementals was required to finish the roof. But that only equated to $3.3k. Nothing in the invoice stated, any work to bring the roof up to date, replace any rafters. (The bolded items are the supplementals) Frankie or Tommy was not able to explain the rest of the difference. If you do decide to go with this company. Be prepared to pay $20k for a 1250 sq ft roof. Met with horrible communication, and questionable at best business practices.
I have to say that John has great customer service skills.
Very professional and great customer service. The install was fast and very clean. Highly recommend!
I was extremely pleased with Stephon Smith and the quality of the services rendered. Stephon was very professional, on time, proficient, educated in regards to the roofing business. I would refer Priceless to everyone I know as well as use them again for my rental properties.
Priceless Home Improvement White Plains Md DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. In the beginning it was good service. A gentleman came out looked at my job and provided an estimate. Great signed the contract and paid the $700 deposit. They needed to order 2 windows which would take 8 to 10 weeks to come in. Not a problem at all. Today my phone rings and it is the owners wife calling to inform me that the refund check they sent out was not signed they believe and they wanted to check to see if it was received. I was so confused because I was not informed that there was a refund being given. So she then informed me that the sales person that came out no longer works for the company and they are issuing a refund.. OK thank you for being honest and paying the amount back. But I asked if it's possible to still get the contracted job done. Even if I have to get a new estimate. Her response was I don't know and believe it was a conflict of interest. I said how when the contract is with priceless not the sales person individually. She said she would look into it and have someone call me back. She also stated I was not the only one getting a refund there were a couple other people also because the sales person is no longer an employee. I needed to call him and start a new contract with him. But she did not say a company name or anything. I do not know if the new company can even do the scope of work. We are almost at the point now where my windows would be coming in soon. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO NOT NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEN THEY STILL WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE MAKING UP ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW LONG UNTIL I RECIEVE THE CHECK.
Priceless Home Improvement Inc. recently replaced my roof. Being in Sales for 40 years I knew about setting and delivering on expectations. I knew this was a big job, at least for me. The Priceless team delivered start to finish. Devon (salesperson) did a great job, introduced his Area Manager, Tyler, and crew chief Robert. This became an insurance claim due to hail and wind damage. The entire process was explained to me exactly as it played out. Follow up was done on each step, crew chief was there as work started with explanation of actions to be done. He was onsite several times during job making sure crew had everything they needed. Landscaping was protected with tarps, yard was cleaned of debris throughout day and at end any loose nails around house were removed by dragging magnets. Crew was pleasant and courteous and finished a 4+k Sq ft home in less than 2 days. I had 2 neighbors across the street ask if I was pleased because they witnessed the job. One has reached out for a quote. Needless to say I was pleased and rarely provide feedback but these guys were exceptional. Give em a look.
Had the pleasure of working with ridge a very nice young man, who help me with everything, any questions I had he answered, the crew they had at my house was very professional and curtious.would definitely recommend this company
