The Techinican that was assigned to me his name is Fred did a great job! He is very professional at what he does. He is friendly, respectful, answer all my questions and concerns. He should get a bonus and/or raise. Thank you!

Got sucked into a typical marketing / non conclusive jargon where I was not given an estimate, no mention of diagnostic fee, and charge 100% more than market price for an item. All this work done without confirming with me the price. Once done, slapped an extremely high bill and said "now your work is done you cant say no". Would like others to learn from this and make sure the person gives estimate before starting to work.

Fred was very informative and on time for our appointment. He provided a detailed written estimate less than 20 minutes after he arrived at our house. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism.

Fred came out On TIme (!) to give me an estimate. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, his recommendations, along with Written Estimates of my options We set-up a time for the work and they were on-time and took less than the original estimated time-frame.

Pride saved us a lot of money by repairing our old heat pump, so that we did not have to buy a new unit. Other companies either had no interest in looking into whether our unit could be cost effectively repaired or in one case a company incorrectly diagnosed the problem, suggesting that repair was not cost effective. Our repaired unit has been operating well for a month, including during some very hot, humid weather. It works now as well as it did when new, nine years ago. Pride replaced the circuit board, whereas the other company said we had to replace the compressor. Pride representatives showed up at scheduled times
