This landscaper was hired at the beginning of October to plant a border of 28 juvenile arborvitae and then to install a playground border and mulch area. They came on a Friday, we paid in full for both projects. The crew planted 26 trees and had to hold off on the final 2 after discovering a wasp nest. They made it seem like they’d be back the next week to finish. We’ve called, texted the owner and over a month later have no response. We planted the last two trees ourselves and are out $1,000 for the playground area. The work completed was good, and the quality of the trees was very good, but unfortunately can’t give credit to an unfinished expensive project.

I had them out for an estimate and they were very responsive. They took my money, both check and asked for cash, and I gave it to them. They did 3 days of work in the past 7 weeks and the work they've done is really nice, but I am still waiting for trees to be cut down. I have gotten excuse after excuse and I've heard tomorrow more times than I can count. Tomorrow never comes. There have been 12 no-shows and counting.... I finally reached out to HomeAdvisor to get them involved.

I hired them, they came out the next day, took my money and still have done the job. it has been almost a solid money. this is the worst company ever. I don't understand how homeadvisor could ever recommend them to me.

He took my money and did not do the job. Also made several lies.

The work was done well, I however began this project over 2 weeks ago and it still has not been completed. He asked for half payment and then the rest when the job was done, when they started we added a few smaller trees and he said it would be another $650, I said sure no problem. He asked me if I could pay the other half after day 1 and the next day when the job was done pay the other $650. I said yes. That work was done on 10/1 and he has promised to be here every day since. On 10/8 I got another promise that work will be finished today! I'm not confident!!

Very personable set of guys. Mike is the owner of an upcoming landscaping company with years of experience and guided by his uncle, John, with about 18+ years of experience. Cutting down trees is a skill and not always a do it yourself job. Our trees were 40 plus feet and nearby the house, and everything went smoothly. We had several other trees near our power lines and cable connection (growing around them) and now we don't have to worry about them anymore. They demolished the trees(7) in about 6 hours in the the worst of conditions with it raining. Ricky made precise cuts in the trees evaluating exactly how it would fall and Mike's uncle, John, operated the bobcat to assist with exactly the direction they needed to fall. We also can't forget Abigail, Mike's spouse who is a champ, for helping drive equipment and assisting in operating the wood shredder. All in all, I will be using there services again in the future!
