They were very respectful of our house. They answered all our questions and did an excellent and thorough prep job before starting on our kitchen sink. It turned out very nice and they cleaned up afterwards. Could not ask for more.

KD did a beautiful job in renovating my nearly 50 year old kitchen. They consulted with me at each step of the process, paid careful attention to detail, kept a meticulously clean job site, arrived on time and worked extra hours to produce a high quality job. Their employees were a pleasure to work with, and the end result was a kitchen that looked as good as new, if not better.

Communication was great, prompt and on time for the job. Explained the process and what the job entailed. KD Maintenance is professional and very detailed in the work they did for me. I highly recommend KD maintenance and Repair - Rich Kiney did great work refinishing my kitchen countertops and cabinets and also did a good job refinishing my bathroom tub and tiles. Rich Kiney is a true professional and also a very nice guy.
