Joseph was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone in need of an inspector. His background gives him unique insights into what to look for in houses and he found many things that I felt other inspectors might overlook or not know to look for in the first place. He was very kind, was incredibly detail oriented, and was a wealth of information when I had questions about the bad (and the good!) things he found during inspection. I could not have picked a better inspector.

My realtor recommended another company. I contacted Joseph @ Pride because I found the other quote to be extremely expensive and they were pushing services I didnâ t request or need for additional fees. Joseph was available within the timeframe required, and his price was extremely feasible. He conducted a thorough inspection, provided an excellent report that was easy to read and understand and was available for follow up questions. If you need an inspection, I highly recommend you contact Pride Home Inspections.

Joseph at Pride Home Inspections did a wonderful job for us. We hired him to inspect a 1993 manufactured home. Despite the fact that there was a tenant, and belongings in the home, Joseph completed a thorough inspection. I was able to be with him or nearby throughout the inspection and he was able to explain much of what he found so that I could easily understand it. Additionally, his written report at the end was thorough, had the appropriate photos and was presented i a manner that made it easy to comprehend. This inspection will allow us to make repairs and improvements to the home so that it will continue to be a liveable home. . I would recommend Joseph without reservation and would use him again.
