Tree Trimming
Did not keep appointments, stated multiple times misleading statement ?be there in 15 minutes? , then showed up hours later or not at all. Misplaced his paperwork and offered to come out and give an estimate a second time, then when he realized he had already given an estimate, promised to actually do the work the next day and was a no show. Did not return phone call.
All in all, wasted three entire days waiting on this guy to show up.
Ultimately work was not done.
