They inspected everything head to toe on our house made recommendations on fixes and projects— when to do said projects based on urgency and who they recommended to do the work. They made a full detailed report of the home with pictures that laid out everything from the visit as well. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future.

I worked in the construction industry for 20 years and I have to say this company is well forth the cost. They found thinks that I would have over looked. Strongly recommend using this company. ON TIME and very friendly.

I would highly recommend Priest Inspection LLC to anyone who needs a home inspection. They were very patient and answered every question--whether on the phone before the actual inspection, during the inspection, and on the phone after the inspection. Another reason for recommenting Priest Inspections is they are a 2 man team, but they don't charge extra for that. They did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to others, and I would definitely go with them again when I need a home inspection!

Would recommend these guys without pause. They were very thorough and explained everything they were doing, what they were seeing, and what is cause for concern. They listened and answered every question so that I understood the why. Worth every penny.

Firstly, they came on scheduled time. They started with basement and all the things were attention to detail. Rogers and Ryan explained about all the inspected items. Report was given to us within a day and it was very well detailed. They cleared our doubts after the inspection. Both were too friendly and knowledgeable!!

Father and son team were very professional, cordial, candid, and thorough, and inspected every detail of our prospective home. They continuously explained everything they were observing and encouraged and answered all our questions. The son probably took over 75 photos of key aspects of the inspection and included 55 of them in the final inspection report, which was issued within 24 hours after the completion of the inspection. The defects and deficiencies they observed saved us from buying a substandard house that was over 100 years old and would have cost us tens of thousands of $ in repairs and upgrades. Would highly recommend them and have just hired them for another home inspection.

This father and son team is great! They took the time to really explain everything they were looking at inside and outside of our new home and why they were looking at it. They gave us some great recommendations of what work needed to be done immediately and things that can wait. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!
