Ceiling Fan Repair
Called Leo in the morning and he was very prompt in his reply and came to my home in an hour, as promised. He was very professional and courteous . He even emailed us this evening to make sure we were happy with his work, and thanked us for the business. I would highly recommend his services.

I contacted Primary Electric Power because I was having some very bizarre and puzzling problems with my electrical system. Certain lights and fixtures would fail for no apparent reason, then occasionally flicker back on momentarily. I checked the obvious possibilities (breakers, switches, etc.) but could not identify the source of the problems. Leo, the owner, came out right away and was able to identify and fix some of the issues on his first visit. Because it was getting late, we scheduled another visit, during which Leo was able to identify the sources of all of the other problems. I was impressed that Leo was able to solve these challenging problems and was willing to keep at it until everything was working properly; he was diligent, professional, and his rate was very fair. I would highly recommend.

I had one room with no electric power. He charged $360 to find that the outlet that was right next to the room was bad. I asked him to do a specific repair to a whole house generator which he apparently had no experience in doing. He did not repair it.

"Mr. Tom. We're sorry to hear that you feel that way about the service but, before we came to your mansion, we talked about our rate. It wasn't just one room. You had two bath rooms and two hallways without electric power. As far as the generator work is concerned, we found a wall transformer connected with electrical tape inside your generator, brought this to your attention and waited for you to purchase the correct part. All work was done in two separate visits, two different days. Unfortunately, the total cost for the service wasn't $100.00 as you had expected it. We sincerely wish you the best of luck in your future projects."

I am very happy that I discovered Primary Electric Power. I needed an outdoor receptacle installed for a new fountain with lights. Leo was prompt, efficient, friendly and did a very good job laying a pipe in the ground for the wires, installing a 4 socket receptacle on a post and a GFCI switch box on the house. All was neatly done and Leo cleaned up everything before leaving. I will call him again the next time I need an electrician.

Ceiling Fan - Install
Caught him at a great time, from the time of the call to the completion of the job (ceiling fan removal, remote and replacement) was two hours. Just a polite gentleman who upon running into some minor problems sailed through same. Cleaned up and replaced the table and chairs, all for a very reasonable fee. Will use again!! Naples based.

The best contractor we have used for our home improvements! Prompt, quality work, and very reasonable. Leo installed several new ceiling and switch boxes and fixed a number of not to code wiring issues. The best compliment I can give is that we that we contracted with Leo to add several pots and pendants in the kitchen. Highly recommended

Leo installed a number of dimmer switches at my home in Naples on march 25, 2016 . For some reason my initial review showed the location as Fort Myers. The work was performed in Naples however. Leo did great work, was very professional as I indicated in my initial review. I found his price a little on the high side, but the work was flawless.

Ceiling Fan - Install
Leo was a true professional. He installed 2 new fans and 4 light kits in about an hour and a half, not even needing to read the directions for each. He was just that knowledgeable and his pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend Primary Electric Power.

I hired Primary Electric Power again to install 7 new outside lights for my home. The lights were heavy and some were in areas difficult to install. Took about 5 hours to install. But once again everything went great! The new lights really add to the design of our home. Thank again Primary Electric Power!

This contractor diagnosed an electrical problem in approximately 5 minutes that another contractor couldn't figure out on the initial visit. Leo was very honest in that he immediately told me what the problem was, corrected it and charged a very fair price. I ended up asking him to do other work that day for me, if he had the time. He obliged and found errors in previous work done and corrected those problems also. He jokingly then asked, anything else? I responded, "yes, can you install 2 fans for me today, since you're here?". I just moved into my new home and we still need more electrical work done (install of under cabinet lighting, etc). We will definitely hire him again. He is excellent, prompt and has very good competitive pricing. Believe me, you will be 100% satisfied with Leo. This review might appear to be "flowery and exaggerated, but it is not. I am so glad we chose this company. You'll be glad you did also.

I called Leon to get an estimate on moving several electrical outlets in my home and fixing an item a previous contractor had left unfinished. To my surprise Leon said he could be at my home in 30-40 minutes to take a look. He arrived exactly when he said he would and after reviewing all the work to be done gave me an estimate which was fantastic!! I expected him to tell me he would need to schedule the work to be done, but again to my surprise he said he could do it right then and there. Needless to say I hired him!! Leon is extremely nice, polite and got the job done wasting no time. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you need!!! He will be my first call if I need any further work done!!!!

Leo did an excellent job!!!! I plan to have him back in a couple of weeks to install a fan and new outside lighting. I am going to recommend him to all my neighbors for their electrical needs. He meticulously planned and mapped out where the electric outlet and cable outlet needed to be to work with the TV wall mount. He enlisted my input to ensure I would be delighted with the work and I was!!! Once the job was done everything was cleaned up and moved back. Excellent work for an excellent price.
