Curtis and his whole crew were absolutely amazing very respectful very polite there was a small problem that arose after a thing was installed and they jumped on it and called electrician for us because our hometown did not have one that was available for 5 weeks they didn't leave her home until it was absolutely fixed I would definitely highly recommend this company with no questions asked I go above and beyond to make sure that you are safe in your home.

If you enjoy being ghosted with the flair of a high schooler avoiding homework, then THIS is the air conditioning company for you. I was treated to an award-worthy performance of excuses like... "Sorry, I can?t come fix it because I was sick to my stomach" or "I no-called/no-showed because we were busy" or "I got a flat tire". If Curtis doesn't answer your call, just call from another number, I assure you that he will answer but will most definitely have another excuse to deliver. After a month of waiting for the part they came and "fixed it" and the unit remains just as broken as my faith in ever getting a real repair. At this point, I?d rather trust a 12-minute YouTube video with pixelated instructions and an overenthusiastic DIY-er than call this guy again. At least the YouTuber shows up... digitally. Highly recommend if you like paying rent for the privilege of becoming your own maintenance crew. ? However, I would recommend Carpenter Air at (501) 767-5197. They came in, too

Prime air will not return calls, the work looks like a preschooler did it. I would definitely not use them in the future.

These people are AMAZING ð ¤ ð ¤ ð ¤ ð ¤ Our AC had gone out and my one month old son (born premature) had become ill from the heat. Our landlady was being unhelpful and refusing to do anything, but Prime saved the day!!! Curtis the technician, Curtis the big boss, and Donnie (? do not know how to spell her name) in the office were all so incredibly kind and helpful. Do yourselves a favor and get these people to work on your AC today!!!

Prompt service and friendly and stand behind their products

Service was excellent. Response time was very quick. I wrote an email in the middle of the night when our air quit working and they reponded by 800 am with a time the same day that they would be here to fix the problem. The technician was extremely nice and helpful and got the job done quickly. Had us back in the cool in less than an hour. Very impressed. Don't hesitate to use this company.

Quality work at fair price

Vent pipe thru my metal roof was 6 feet off one way and 3 feet off the other way. The vent pipe has only some of the screws in the wood securing the cap to the roof, the flange is secured to the pipe with silver tape. The bathroom and the den get almost no cool air.

They respond right away, said they could solve my project, gave me what I saw was a fair price. Can out the next day an fixed it. I'm in California the project in Arkansas, paid with credit card over phone. no issue happy customer.

Very impressed with everyone my husband and I worked with at Prime Air. We really appreciated the owners of the company working with us to make a few monthly payments to pay for a motor for our furnace as no time is ever a good time for something to break down.......
