Very professional, polite and straightforward about what the problem was with our furnace unit. Gave us estimates for both fixing or replacing it and how long each option would last if taken care of. We opted to fix our unit for now but in a few years when it needs to be replaced we will definitely have PrimeAir do it. Great experience all the way around.

The price was exactly as estimated In addition to the work required, he did a complete diagnostic of the entire system. Awesome customer service & very professional. We had to replace the AC unit in our home as well as have duct work properly installed that was not done previously. I got 2nd opinions thru my home warranty on both jobs and they confirmed what Hugo of Prime Air had already told us. Home warranty did not cover those repairs, however they quoted us repair cost that was more than Prime Air. Before we moved forward with replacing the AC unit we attempted to do online research and comparisons which led to several questions, Hugo ALWAYS responded to us in a very timely manner and was very thorough in his explanations. When doing repairs to the ducts and replacing the unit, he and his crew were very professional and extremely polite. I would definitely refer Hugo and Prime Air to family and friends... quality work, professional customer service and competitive pricing. You won t be disappointed.

Hugo was great. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and showed pictures and video so I could see exactly what was wrong. He also explained each of my options and I didn t feel pressured to make any decisions right then. He also didn t try and convince me of picking the most expensive option. He simply presented them and the pros & cons of each. I plan on using Hugo for all my future heating and cooling needs.
