They took down trees they were not asked to take down. Then replaced one of the trees with a dead tree.

Did a very good job overall and Lawn looks great even after 2 years . They did however damage a few sprinkler heads that they should have checked after they did the work. Other than that they were professional and a good value for the money,

Hired Prime Arbor Enterprises for removal of 5 huge Austrian Pines and 2 maples. My Pines were diseased and in bad shape and my Maples damaged due to storm damage. Nate came out for free estimate, and the next day I had several options given to me for treatment of trees, removal of some or all...etc. Very detailed estimate which allowed us to make the best decision for our landscape and financial situation. Work was done in a very timely manner and with great care. We are very pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend this company.

Great work and very professional. I was put off a bit by the price since my quote only included 1 tree with approximately 5 smaller (3 inches or less) branches removed. Good company, but I'll be doing my pruning in the future myself.

They responded same day I put a quote. Started the job in 2 days and did all the tree removal in 1 day. The stumps were removed a week later as it was a rainy week. Job was done fast and clean. Highly recommend them.

Only did partial driveway. (3car) Called twice and was advised that one truck was broken down. Told this twice. Didn't do part of the sidewalk that is on my property.
