I would give it 4.5 but you can’t. It was nice to be able to schedule the consult far in advance with my schedule. Got to see some of the materials before picking what we wanted. Offered some options and gave us some time to discuss. Materials seemed like they were ordered quickly and it would have been done faster if the weather cooperated. Not blaming anyone for that since it’s in no one’s control. On the day of the install all the installers were nice and got to work right away. Probably started around 8 AM and finished by 3ish. All old materials were taken away. Installation went smooth and we got to have the piece go up to the ceiling. The base is super sturdy and we went with one of the more popular color choices. It looks great and it’s been super easy to squeegee the walls so it dries fast. They did forgot the shave bar and had to come back the next day which isn’t super convenient since I wasn’t able to take off and had to have someone else there. I have showed several friends and family members and they have all been impressed with how it looks. Overall, if you are looking for a fast install, something easy to clean and something that looks great then consider Prime Baths.

We had our bath installed for wheelchair accessible. They came in one day, neat clean and fuse free. Works exactly as we'd hoped for. We recommend them for any bath improvements.
