Prime craft renovation

There is nothing worse than dealing with a bad building crew but thankfully this company is the exact opposite. We hired them to completely redo a very odd shaped guest bathroom that had really old pipes. They gave us a great plan before the work started that mapped out exactly how they were going to move the pipes safely. I was so happy with how open they were about the costs and the time it would take right from the start. They clearly explained every step of the work so there were absolutely zero surprises for us along the way.The final result is a beautiful modern bathroom that our guests always praise whenever they come over to visit! Their focus on the small details on the tile work is just amazing to look at every time I walk in there. I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the things they helped us pick out for the space. They even made sure the new fan was super quiet so it does not wake anyone up at night. Choosing them was the best choice we made for our home this year and we will tell everyone about them. They really know how to treat people right and deliver great results.

Someone you can trust and get the job done

Sam and prime craft did our full basement work! Price was afforable and the work was really good. They constantly followed up and kept the place clean.

I had a really great experience with Prime Craft Renovation. They did my bathroom renovation and also built a custom closet for me, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how everything came out. The whole process was very smooth from beginning to end. They were always respectful, easy to communicate with, and really cared about doing the job right. I also really appreciated how clean and organized they were while working. The bathroom came out amazing, and the custom closet turned out even better than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Prime Craft Renovation to anyone looking to get work done in their home. Great work, great people, and overall a really good experience!

I did a full house remodel with prime craft, Tariq was my project manager. Their timeline was in track and he stayed within my budget. I am in love with my new space! Recommended 100%

Excellent Communicator , Great work and reliable people . Definitely a Great company to have to do work for you .

They did excellent work on a remodeling/reconstruction job at my house in Brooklyn. I had originally hired them to remodel 3 bathrooms, and then I had a pipe break (winter related). So the job suddenly became a lot bigger and complicated because it included demoing and reconstructing 2 bedrooms and a wood paneled living room. Sam, and the rest of the team were on top of it, and their crew was great. Every person that came to my house was professional, courteous and trustworthy. The job took longer than anticipated but I was kind of prepared for that to be the case given the extent of the work. The one thing that stands out is Sam's integrity (he?s the owner). He made sure that I was 100% happy with the final results. When we had a miscommunication about a material to be used, he didn?t hesitate to change it (at his cost) and never made me feel bad about it. I love the end result and am happy to have hired prime renovation!
