I would highly recommend Prime Energy!! Rich (Sales Mgr.) was exceptional from the first contact to the last experience. The crews were top notch in all they did and finished a large project in just 3 days (removal & installation). Very pleased with the final results and the temp difference in our attic has gone from 150 down to upper 70 s. I would definitely recommend this type of insulation and Prime Energy to do it. Great company. We just had them put spray foam in our attic. Rich Brown is a great salesperson. You can believe everything he says. He is very knowledgeable about spray foam. It performs FANTASTIC! Our attic has not been above 79 since it was sprayed. The workers are very professional as well. Highly recommend.

Our builder had never used spray foam, so once we decided to go spray foam, we got a great education from Rich Brown of Prime Energy group. He was wonderful to work with, and helped guide us on some very important issues including HVAC sizing. His company had all their paperwork ready for Orange County NC inspectors, and he was very flexible given all the delays we experienced before we were ready. When our spray day finally was approaching (4 months after the initial consultation), Rich came out again to go through the job again with us, answer any last minute questions, and make sure he did not see any concerns for going forward. Once we were ready, the company sent two crews. Rich went through the job with them and they finished it in one day! The crews even did a good job of keeping the mess to a minimum, despite the fact the trimmed foam bits are very much like styrofoam to manage. The inspection went off without a blink, and the job looks great! I really would recommend them as top notch, and priced fairly for the level of job they did for us. My only remark for those considering spray foam: make sure all outlets, vent pipes or air inlets are in their final place and fastened down before spray. You cannot easily reposition or push them into place afterword, and who wants to damage their new insulation? Thankfully, we thought of that for the outside vents because those would have been a nightmare to fix. On inside, we had two outlets that were screwed only from one side rather than nailed and the dryer vent 'hutch' that was not fastened that were pushed out by the foam which are going to be difficult to fix. My husband will also have to pull the sides of our shower pan liner and cut some foam back before that area is tiled since the flexible liner pushed in, but that should be simple. We used open cell foam and are very happy with the results, and there are no weird odors or fumes after a day's curing. Call Rich, he knowns his stuff.

so totally professional . full staff was wonderful. The job was neat and clean. They left the place immaculate . They took the time to explain everything to me in the beginning and when they were done. I would recommend them .

Having a hurricane between times of when we initially set the appointment to be done, they worked with me without a bit of problems and rescheduling twice! Wonderful company wonderful people would highly recommend them to anybody looking for their service

Rich came by my house personally and took some measurements of my attic and gave me a very reasonable qoute on the spot. Once scheduled, he showed up with had his guys to install the spray foam and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with the entire experience, from Rich's customer service to the installation. Ever since the installation, my smart thermostat has shown a reduction in HVAC run time by 40%. We look forward to lower electric bills and a more comfortable house.

Though they had some hiccups during the installation, they made sure to finish on the schedule given. Once they discovered my attic had more space than thought, they did not charge extra for the additional material needed, which was nice.

The quality and professionalism demonstrated by Rich and his crew was exemplary. I was offered a modest but helpful military discount and it helped overall because i had both my attic and crawlspace insulated. The thermostat has not been touched since the install and the house maintains a cool 74 degrees easily. My energy bill has already gone down.

Rich Brown was wonderful to deal with! Without a doubt, the most knowledgeable spray from professional I have talked to. I have used others before meeting Rich, and the other companies could not touch the attention and knowledge of the dos and do nots of spray foam. The lead installer, Travis was as good as anyone could ask for, He went over and above to make sure I was happy and satisfied (in some cases, is hard to do.) As long as Prime Energy is in business, it will be the only company I will continue to use.

Rich Brown was a huge help and very knowledgeable about his product and the entire process. I could call him and ask questions about how certain aspects needed to be handled, and Rich was happy to answer each and every one of them. We have another phase or two with the company and look forward to working with Rich again!

We had to delay the project start due to some heating vent that needed to be rerouted prior to the project start. Rich Brown and his team are very flexible and were able to work around our constraints.

I had a wonderful experience with Rich Brown from beginning to end and beyond! He responded to my first inquiry timely, answered my phone calls and texts immediately when I needed to contact him. It was easy to set up an appointment and he was able to accommodate my schedule to get the job done. He and team provided quality work! I highly recommend them! Now for the beyond, Rich called me at work soon after arriving at my house and said that he noticed a very faint smell of 'gas'. It was not something that my senses could pick up. He spent some time with me on the phone explaining things and assured me not to panic but encouraged me get it checked. He suggested that I have NC Energy come out and take a look to be on the safe side. Much to my surprise they found that there was a slight problem and yes Rich was in fact correct. Rich Brown may have saved me and my family from a devastating occurrence. He is a top notch human being...takes the time to explain and cares about important things. He's the real deal, trustworthy and genuine. AND my house is warmer than I ever imagined it could be. Rich is top notch and the product is great too!

Rich Brown and the PEG crew did a great job from start to finish. The job (we are the home owners + self builder/general contractors for our new home) was to spray foam a new house construction along with fiber batt insulation for some interiors+between floors for soundproofing. Rich was timely, punctual for all his appointments and was very good with any follow-up communications, re-estimates, be it via email/txt or calls. Rich is extremely, knowledgeable, a consummate professional and was able to offer up proactive advice and solutions where he saw any potential pitfalls. The pricing was very competitive and what we liked best during the lead-up was Rich's willingness to engage in a dialog and help us make the right decisions as opposed to making preconceived assumptions. He and his team showed great flexibility in the scheduling & changes and Rich made multiple visits to ensure framers did what was needed prior to the install. He proactively engaged with our other contractors (framers, HVAC etc) where needed. When the crew actually did the insulation job they did a great job including the install and clean-up. They finished much quicker than anticipated while doing an exemplary job in quite cold weather. We passed our insulation inspection with ease due to their efforts. We are tremendously happy with Rich and the PEG group and would highly recommend him for any insulation work. Thanks Rich.

Very easy to work with. Great value for the money!

Spray foam is expensive but spraying it on the underside of the roof requires spraying a lot more square feet. At the same time it means you have an attic that is insulated from the outside weather. I am happy with the spray foam but would have liked it to be cheaper.

Prime energy was very professional and knowledgeable. We had our metal barn ceiling insulated to cut down on noise from rain and to keep it cooler in the hot months. We called other companies but didn't receive calls back or returned emails. Working with Rich Brown was a pleasure. He understood our concerns and worked with us. The guys doing the job were great too. Very efficient. We hope to have them back to do more work in the future. Job well done. Highly recommended. Thanks, Rich! :):):)

The service was great. They were more knowledgeable than any other company. Especially regarding foam insulation it was hard to find anyone as informed. Now that I have the foam insulation I couldn't be happier. Even before the HVAC was installed it was a great temperature and now my 3rd floor is so easy to regulate the temperature in our new 3rd floor. So far it seems like the rest of the house is easier to regulate the temperature. Great Company.
