I am rating the work quality as a 5.0 but I can't really address the quality since I do not know much about roofing repairs. It is no longer leaking as far as I can tell so all is good. I would definitely recommend this company. The time that they invested in the job for the price was excellent. The gentlemen that did the work were very nice and professional.

Peter Pelosi, the owner of prime exterior renovations did an excellent job. He does whatever it takes to make the finished product excellent. He is trustworthy, skillful, honest & very good to work with. He is the best. I highly recommend him for any construction job

My roof was leaking,and it was very frustrating as a few contractors wanted to replace a whole section of roof that was only 9 years old.When Peter from Prime Exterior Renovations checked out the situation,he put my mind at ease.He informed me that he would employ the least costly remedies first to locate and repair the leak.Peter did exactly as he said. After replacing the bay window roof plus making an adjustment to where the gutter and stucco converged,the leak was repaired and I was spared a large invoice to replace a significant portion of my roof.Peter's professional demeanor and desire to fix the problem with the least amount of disruption and cost really impressed me.I would use his services again and would recommend him to any of my friends.In fact,I have provided his contact information to a few of my business associates.And one of them has contacted Prime Exteriors for a commercial roofing job.I do not give out recommendations lightly,but am confident that Peter and Prime Exteriors will make me look good.Thank you for a job well done!
