TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, I ordered 6x8 panels of white vinyl fencing. His employees began installing 6x6 panels without informing me of the change. When I asked the workers if this was the 6x8 panels, they told me that it was not and they knew I requested the 6x8 panels. No one bothered to ask me if I still wanted this service with the smaller panels. A worker informed me he called Justin and told him they did not have the correct fence. Then, like other reviews state, a one day job turned into 2-3 days to complete. Also, like other reviews, the workers left without saying a word. Since the fence has been completed, I have spoken with Dustin several times, in person and over the phone. I had to haggle them to lower the cost of my installation because the 6x8 (which I ordered) cost more than the 6x6 I was given. The fence is wobbly in many sections and there are a few posts that have a serious looseness. I have called many times and even visited the office to have this work corrected and says he will show up to look and has yet to do so. He always gives an excuse as to why he did not show up, and now he does not even answer my phone calls. It has been over a month now and I am unsatisfied with the work I received, especially considering the cost of a vinyl fence. Consider using a different fencing company.

Highly recommend. Prime Fence was responsive and was the best priced for an installed 5' aluminum fence. They removed and discarded our old wooden fence. Did all work in half-a-day, which was a full day earlier than planned. On top of all this, they were the only company of four estimates that did not trample out existing plants during the estimate process and during installation. We recommend Dustin and Justin of Prime Fence.

They built a perfect fence for a great price. I asked for a special gate design and they built it. I will recommend them to everyone.

The materials arrived when they were scheduled. The day of the installation, I ended up calling because no one had shown up by 9:00. THEN I was informed that they would be there in the afternoon. The installers showed up directly afternoon, and had the fence installed by the end of the day. I was very pleased with them and the product. The only thing that kept this from a total 5-star review was the fact that they didn't communicate with me that the installers would not come until the afternoon. If they had, I would have arranged my day differently.

Justin came out the day after we inquired, They were very responsive and clean. The new fence and new gate and posts are wonderful. They didn t advise us to do more work than we needed done!!! We appreciate that honesty!!!

Dustin and his brother were very quick to respond to my requests; they were efficient and a good value. Their guys did all the work; including removing some shrubs and brush that was needed to install the fence. Other companies were going to require me to hire a landscaping company to come out and remove. I am very happy with my fence!

Amazing work! The crew was very detailed and made sure everything was perfect. Installed the fence in one day and also installed a custom gate for my front porch.

Dustin was amazing at communicating a fair price and explaining the breakdown per linear ft and the cost of labor for my fence project, Dustin also was flexible when scheduling his crew to come out onsite and begin the project. The crew that came out did and excellent job would have completed my project in one visit if not for inclement weather, all in all great fast reliable job. Only reason I did not give this a 5/5 review is because I noticed a loose plank on the fence gate, but was informed beforehand that I needed to be cautious when using the gate.

Dustin, Justin and his while crew were professional friendly and did great work. I called and got an estimate right away. They were professional and patient as I got all my estimates in and and submitted project to HOA. I would definately recommend prime fence.

Had one person come out to work on Vinyl Chain linked fence around a retention pond. Took two days to replace a 40 ft section. He also fixed a hole in another section from a tree growing up through the fence. After the hole was fixed I actually could not find the spot where the hole was. The 40 ft section has some minor issues but the work is solid. The owner of the Company came out to address the issues. On Friday some of the issues were fixed and on Saturday the rest of the issues will be fixed. I am happy the project to fix the HOA pond fence is over. On to the next project which was at my house. Had broken pickets and rails due to a tree falling on the fence and other pickets were broken due to age. All work was completed and done nicely. Good job Prime Fence.

We are very pleased with the installation of the fence that Prime Fence installed in our yard. we had a couple of minor glitches which Dustin was able to resolve immediately. The crew was very pleasant as they went about their duties.
