Prime Hardwood Floors LLC is a well respected wood flooring company. Since 2000, we have been specializing in residential and commercial wood flooring installation, sanding, and refinishing. In 2006 we opened a showroom in Dunwoody, GA, that allows us to also sell the hardwoods we are installing, giving our customers all the options related to wood flooring-laminated floors, engineered, solid prefinished or the traditional sand & finish. We also re-sand existing wood floors giving customers the option to change floor color and shine or we can just 'screen' floors and recoat for a fresh new look. Although we specialize in wood flooring, over time we have started offering services related to our main trade-stairs installation and/or refinishing, handrails installation and/or refinishing, wrought iron spindles sales and installation and tile installation in order to help our customers deal with only one contractor. Wood Flooring Refinish
Claudio and his team did an excellent job refinishing my wood floors. They came in and made sure everything was protected from any dust and they made my floors look better than new. They were prompt and thorough, making sure the work was done right and consulted me along the way to make sure I was pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I got bids from several companies on Service Magic. Prime seemed the most professional. they showed up when they said they would. I didn't feel like I was being sold snake oil, and the quote came when he said it would. It wasn't the cheapest quote i received but I feel like the value was worth it in spades. I am very pleased with the work, they worked to meet the deadline, and I feel like I got a great value. Why not all 5? It couldn't be perfect but it was close.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Claudio and his people did everything they said. They cleaned up each day. We interviewed 6 contractors and narrowed it down quickly to Prime Hardwoods and another. While Claudio was not the least expensive, we preferred his solution to a specific issue regarding a staircase. Out project was 1000 Sq Feet plus a stair case. From start to finish it took 4 days & 2 hours.

We have a circular stairwell that presented a high degree of diffaculty for our hardwood flooring instillation. It not only looks good...it's perfect!!! The crew of workers were always on time, never left early, and were here 6 days a week which made the job much shorter than it could have been. Prime Hardwood Flooring not only met my expectations, they exceeded them! Thanks Claudio and Ivan...you guys are the best!

The person giving the quote was dressed neat, with a good precense and brought samples, I selected and the quote was lowest of other quotes. Eveything was going good except during install, it was hard to comminicate and the glue smell was awful, then after floor was done they cleaned up excess glue with paint thinned which smelled worse than the glue, it took 3 days of airimg & cleaning to feel comfortable in house, they also marred several planks which was replaced but because of all the paint thinner I could not see many other mistakes. I paid the total upon finnish and even tho I'm unhappy I don;t want them back at my house.

Claudio was very pleasant and easy to work with. The quality of the product and the installation of our hardwoods was very good. His crew arrived on time and finished the project in the timeframe agreed upon. At the end of the project there was on section of our floor with minor issues and they were quick to correct the problem without any pushback whatsover. I was very pleased with Prime Hardwood Floors and would definitely recommend them to others.

This was the only company that insisted that the flooring be brought on site several days in advance of installation. They wanted to be sure that the flooring had climatized so that installation would be proper. They were puntcual, courteous, and worked tirelessly with good humor. Watching them work was fascinating. They truely work as a team.

We had remodeled our kitchen and with a change in floorplan, there were places that needed to be refinished in order to blend with the rest of the floor. In addition, the people that removed the appliances, cabinets, etc. scratched the floor, very deeply in some places, so we needed to get all of the wood floor refinished. Claudio's quote was thorough and reasonable. We got on his schedule and the guys showed up as planned. They did a great job of covering the rooms with plastic to reduce the dust that was inevitably going to float throughout the house. The floor was refinished as planned and it now looks beautiful. Highly recommend.
