Hired this company back in May. Paid over $5000 for rodent control and repair. Work was done sloppily and unprofessionally. Took weeks to get them to come back to re-do the bad job. Been a month or so since the last contact. Refuse to answer the phone or text to remedy the issues they were paid to fix. Very upset that I spent money on a service and was let down. All while my mom was in the hospital and took a loan to pay for this service. Horrible service and bad work ethic. Do not use them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!! I HIRED THIS COMPANY FOR RODENT CONTROL, PAID $1000 FOR EXCLUSION WORK THAT DID NOT WORK. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND FIND A SOLUTION, THEY EITHER TOOK WEEKS TO REPLY AND FINALLY JUST STOPPED CONTACTING ME ALL TOGETHER. INSTEAD OF COMMUNICATING WITH ME THE EXTENT OF MY PROBLEM THEY JUST GAVE UP. NOW IM OUT OVER $1000 FOR A PROBLEM THAT STILL VERY MUCH EXISTS!!

I wish I would have went with them in the beginning. I would have saved myself a lot of time and trouble. I felt like I knew the whole process before they started. There wasnt a question or concern that didnt get answered. They did really excellent. Their price was very reasonable and comparible to the other bids that I had gotten.

I hired them because I had a rodent problem. The did such good work and the customer service was so good I learned they did so much more I used them to replace half my fence. I am so pleased with this company I will use them again for other projects. Thank you guys so much, I couldnâ t be more pleased.
