Bathroom remodel was horrible?.all these reviews are fake. Matt will take all your money, you will end up having to get a lawyer. He will make up fake invoices, say he did all this work he never did. Matt is a fraud

I wanted to give Prime Management the highest recommendation possible. The experience was great from start to finish. Matt listened to and answered my concerns relative to the work that would be required to fix an extremely ugly metal overhang that had been installed from a previous roof installation. Matt suggestions as to the replacement and my choice of ( red ) shingles on my contemporary house were excellent. The work itself was of superior efficiency and quality as the roof was completed in one day without my even being home and my property was left as if the job hadnt even been done. I have unfortunately had three roofs installed on my house in the past 34 years so I know the difference in quality, and I would highly recommend Prime Management without hesitation.

Matt at Prime Management is fantastic- I cannot recommend him highly enough. Prime Management just replaced our rubber membrane roof on our detached garage. The garage is old, was leaking and had an old pipe that needed to be removed. Matt crew came in and in one day did the whole job- better than new. They made our garage tight, pretty and usable again. We used Prime Management one years ago to replace an old slate roof with brand new architectural asphalt shingles (a much bigger job). Our experience then was equally fantastic. Made our 100 year old home tight and much better looking. Not only is Prime Management reasonably priced, but Matt and his entire crew are nice, professional, responsive, everything you could ask for. I recommend Matt and Prime Management for any roofing need!

Finding a good contractor is very difficult especially when you are dealing with COVID-19. I usually get 3 bids and compare notes and go from there but sometimes it can be difficult to just obtain 3 bids, most are either too busy or dont care to call you back or forget to send you an estimate. Prime Management was not one of those companies. Matt (the owner) came just a few days after I called the office for an estimate and he answered all my questions with an estimate right on the spot. In the end, I have decided to hire Prime Management not because of their pricing (very competitive) but because they kept in touch with me and answered questions I had after the quote being sent. Do yourself a favor and hire Prime Management for your roofing needs. You wont regret it. Thank you ( Matt ) Prime Management.

Prime Management did a fantastic job for us. Matt is a owner, extremely pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did, and was always available to answer our questions. He went out of his way to make sure everything turned out right. His crew was very efficient, and also pleasant to deal with. Did I mention that our roof looks fantastic? At an earlier time I had consulted him after another company said we had to replace a rubber roof. He looked at it and told me that with a few minor adjustments the roof would be just fine for a number of years.He was correct. I was impressed with his honesty, and his suggesting what was right for me, not for his business. This is one great company to deal with.

I just got a backsplash done in my kitchen and it looks beautiful!! Matt came for my estimate, analyzed the project and offered options and information in a polite way. He was very organized, timely and got the job done in a tight timeframe.I would recommend him to anyone. He really made me feel like he takes pride in every job, unlike most the contractors we have worked with who only seem to care about big projects and outsource everything with no follow up.

We used Prime Management for our 94 square-foot master bathroom addition. We chose them after doing much research trying to find a construction company we felt comfortable with and was not going to low ball us to get the job. We worked with Matt and he was straight forward from the start all the way through the end of the job. He communicated through the entire project and made sure we were happy throughout it all. Our bathroom came out just how we imagined it and we are so thankful we chose to work with Matt. We are already planning our next renovation in the near future and we will be using Prime Management.

Matt timely and took care of repairing my roof, and my neighbors roof, quickly. He gave me a price and fixed the roof in the same day. Price was higher than I might have found with a local handyman, but I wanted it done before another storm hit and Ted was able to make that happen on the same day he gave me a quote. Timely service made it worth the extra money. Plus, he did give me a discount off the original bid. I would recommend Prime Management.!!

Matt came out today to evaluate a roof leak that I have and some other general questions about my roof. He was very courteous, called me when he was on his way from his previous appointment, took off his shoes when he came into the house, and was very helpful with his knowledge and information. I need to have some remodeling done before I can proceed with work on my roof, but I will definitely be calling them back when the time comes.

Our old family home needed the whole roof replaced. My wife and I approached the process with trepidation; we had heard so many horror stories. After meeting Matt from Prime Management, we felt immediately at ease. He never pitched a sale and instead explained the costs, our particular needs, and the process in a frank and easy to understand manner. Our roof was completed in 3 days, in the time that it was promised. His crew was professional and left our property clean after each work day. Matt checked in with us frequently as well to make sure everything was going smoothly. We feel very lucky to have worked with this company and give it our highest recommendation. Prime Management did a great job with our home renovations, which we had to do because of a water leak at our house. They even helped us with our insurance negotiations. One thing that makes them stand out is their constant communication. We received updates from Matt everyday and the work progressed at a fast pace. We always knew what the construction plans were for the week. They even responded to texts at night and weekends when I didn't expect them to. If you go with Prime Management you can expect them to give your project exceptional attention, complete your project in a timely manner, and stay within the contract budget, all while doing a good job. We now have a beautifully renovated home to return to. A side perk is that Matt great with kids and dogs. That might not seem super important, but it is, especially during a time in our lives when everything is turned upside down. Thank you, Matt and the rest of the team.

My experience with Prime Management was awesome. Super responsive, showed up right on time, and did a fantastic job in my deck- even went above and beyond. I plan to use them ongoing as I need things done. 5 stars all around!

Matt- showed up when scheduled, gave me a complete bid in a day, invited me to visit a nearby roof job so I could see the crew and work quality. He was able to start the next week and finished in 10 days. The roof is by far the most beautiful roof in my neighborhood. BTW they found some dry rot, which I was expecting, and fixed it.

Matt was very courteous and professional, communicated in a timely manner, and gave very thorough estimates. I felt confident in his knowledge and skill level. I'm very happy with my new deck.

I hired Matt to work on my roof in Thorsby, AL. He explained all the work he would do and costs right to the point. During the process they were issues, but what I liked about Matt, he was alway easily available and ready to fix any problems. Overall I was satisfied with the work and would hire him again.

Matt is a gentleman, and he and his team quickly replaced our roof, doing a total tear-off of our old roof in the process. He sent me pictures with progress each day and did a final walk around the roof with me where he also noted other pieces of siding work I should prioritize before winter rainy season.
