Initial estimates were inaccurate, but they did decent work and financially covered much of their own deficiencies in estimating. (Not all, though!)

Once we received the initial quote, we had difficulty getting back in touch with him to get the work scheduled, but once we did, everything went great. This is fairly common among contractors, since they're so busy, especially in the Spring.
