Called Prime Plumbing for a faucet repair that needed to be done same day. The plumber arrived within 1 hour of my call (not sure how I got so lucky!), and fixed the problem. The plumber was very polite and professional. Will definitely call them again!

Excellent service through the entire process. Very thorough every step of the way. Nick explained how he was going to do the repair and triple checked his work. Also gave me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Frank and his team are human, they care about their customers and it shows in the quality of their work. I had to have my septic tank pumped twice, they arrived as scheduled, both technicians were friendly and the job got done. The yard was put back together and no trace of them was left behind, I highly recommend Prime Plumbing.

Terrance was great, he stuck by for hours on end trying to diagnose issues with our plumbing, really cool dude and very professional and gave lots of tips and advice, will be using prime plumbing in the future and many more times if this is how the service quality is.
