We had a broken water pipe a week before thanksgiving. We called and they had Adam come out that day and give us a quote and he made us feel very comfortable about everything . They came out a week later and the crew Bob, Justin, Megan, Kenny and Jake were all amazing they got it all done in two days and now I have running water. Very nice and funny crew will hire them again if i have any issues, will recommend them to anyone due how awesome they are. the office girls were amazing as well

The week of Thanksgiving just days before a handful of family was to arrive I noticed an overwhelming smell in our closet. Sadly it was water in the crawl space. Dallin was so incredible, he got to work right away and blew me away with his knowledge and skill. Everything was expertly repaired and smell free before the Turkey was thawed. I will recommend Prime Plumbing to all my friends and family!

I live in the Idaho City area and needed an emergency septic pumping in the winter. I called all over the valley looking for a company that would take on the job. I either got a phone number that was not in service or a firm "NO" from all the other companies I called. My last call was to Prime Pluming, and I was told "yes". I wanted to ensure that the driver was taken care of because our driveway is steep, so we had it sanded before the driver came up to our house. Everything went very well. The best service ever by Humoot (I spelled that very wrong) and the office staff. I will use this company again, but I hope it is in the summer next time.

Our neighbor had a water softener in stalled by Prime Plumbing. When we asked about her water softener, she said Prime Plumbing and make sure you ask for Guy, he is simply the best! We contacted Prime Plumbing and they sent guy out to give us a quote the same week we called. Guy was on time, listened to our request, provided feedback, and did not try to oversell or push us into something we did not need. We agreed to a water softener and Reverse Osmosis base don Guy's recommendation. He was able to work us into his schedule and come back the NEXT DAY for the install. Again Guy showed up for his install on time, educated us on what he was installing, how to use both the water softener, and RO, and took pride in making sure it was the parts were installed correctly. He also made sure he cleaned up, and again made sure we understood how everything worked and urged us to contact him anytime if we had questions or needed anything. Guy and Prime Plumbing exceeded our expectations. Make sure to ask for Guy for all your plumbing needs, he is a rock star in our book.

Ponciano, came out to give me a quote on a new after heater and found out it was the expansion tank and release valve were bad. Ponciano saved me alot of money. He was fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
