I’ve been using Prime almost a month now. This is my first pool for about 3 months now. Although, I’ve had mechanical issues unresolved by the previous owner, Kevin has been open, honest, and more than fair when it came to fixing ANYTHING. I appreciate the time he takes to explain things about the pool so that I can be more informed. My previous service had my pool green every weekend. Since Kevin, I’ve had a beautiful swimmable pool. He is professional, prompt, and actually will do what he said he will do. Thanks!

I had three different people out to try and fix my pool light, they weren't able to do anything, he came out and did the job in ten minuets. My heat pump went out and I called him and he was out the same day, great service
