This was a horrible experience. Delivery was not made when promised. Delayed multiple times with multiple excuses. Many items were damaged when I finally got my stuff. Reimbursement for damage was a joke.

No communication at all after the sale. Worries about money more than peoples things. Have been waiting for a month for our items. As of today, I still do not have my things. I was told by them that it would take a week to deliver. We were good with that because then I would not be with out my bed and can get back to therapy and continue to improve. The service rep understood how important a quick move was for us and clearly now does not care that I have been without a normal bed to continue my recovery. I am afraid at this point we will not get our stuff and our family of 7 have lost everything. I will give an update if ever get our things!

Prime Relocation Services charged me an extra $2k AFTER loading my belongings onto their truck. Then they stole all of my belongings. I have been unable to recover them. They are criminals and need to be shut down. I have filed police reports but as yet have not made any progress. All of my belongings are gone.

Do not hire under any circumstances.

Do not believe anything they tell you and run. Even after providing a detailed inventory from another quote, they charged me more than twice their original quote and insisted on cash before every step. Hideous experience. Complete extortion, but once they arrive and start-up charging for all the *extras* that I already provided their salesman in inventory, you are pretty stuck. It is impossible to get another mover in a day. Damaged beautiful pieces, treated antiques like garbage, and tied stuff to the back of trucks for long haul interstate. Complaints ignored. Two shell companies to go through for wiring money. Suspect they are Russian mob laundering money. Really! Pretty traumatic to say the least.

Stay away at all costs. Raquetiering, dishonest, Unprofessional, no one available to take call once you paid.

Working with this shady company was an absolute disaster. The only positive part was the initial sales experience, which they have down to a science. Quite literally everything that happened after that point was dishonest, full of errors and almost 3 times as expensive as it started off being. Apparently, the issues found in this experience is not unique to us. If you go through and read the one star reviews you will notice that they are very similar in the problems they had, thatâ s called consistency and the fact that this company has so many four and five star reviews has to be fake. If you can fake reviews on Amazon you can definitely fake reviews on home advisor. If you are interested in working with a company that is going to pack your stuff up, move it to a random facility where it will sit for weeks or months without movement, lie about delivery times and everything in between, then have them hold you all your belongings hostage till you give them more money, this is the company for you.

I just want to talk a little bit about my experience. They were punctual, kind and I was amazed about their skillful and organized way of doing things. My things arrived in good condition and in promised time. The honored the quote that I got at the beginning, no extra charges took place, really nice service.

I was looking for a reputable moving company and a friend of mine recommended them,l. He said they did a great job on his last move, so I gave them a try. They were polite and friendly. The rep was mindful and honest about his offer. All of my furniture was padded and wrapped in record time! This was my first move that went beyond my expectations, I would recommend them.

Service was excellent and everything went smoothly. They were punctual and showed professionalism during the whole move. The crew was very attentive to my instructions and took special care of my stuff, I m more than satisfied and would use them again.

I recently moved with these guys and they provided a valuable and excellent service. When my boxes arrived in my new house, I received a call from their office asking me if everything was ok for me. My boxes were kept in good condition, no items were damaged. No hassles at all and I would definitely use them again!

After two bad moves I had before Iâ m glad I found these awesome guys. They arrived right on time and delivered excellent service. Their professionalism was a relief in what I thought would be an stressful move. I think they are worth it, they are great movers.

Very disappointed. A lot of frustration. 4-10 day window waiting to get an email with itemized pieces for 9 days. Still have not received it.

These guys from Prime Relocation Services were great. It was my first time using movers. From scheduling to the actual move it was great. Every item was safely and quickly loaded off and taken to storage. Their pricing was affordable. The whole experience was excellent.

My roommate and I couldnt have been happier with our moving experience. The movers were also incredibly nice guys who stayed in touch with us throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly. They did it without batting an eye. Really appreciated it.

They made my life much easier from the very first call. No troubles at all, I feel that I made a good choice. Easy to communicate with during the entire move via email or phone call. At the end they delayed 4 hrs my delivery, but it was not a big deal, since the rest of the job was excellent.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, they took great care of my stuff with all kinds of wrapping and boxes. Great move!

Although the price was slightly higher than other companies, I decided to go with them due to their delivery window. Their insurance and reputation were very good too. Iâ m glad of my decision since everything ran smoothly and on time, the movers handled all my stuff carefully and all the things arrived safe and sound.

Mine was a huge move. We knew this could be very stressful and complicated due to the huge amount of things that we had. Everything included large furniture and an expensive old dining table. Despite all this, the crew did their best. They wrapped things up properly even our mattresses. Nothing got damaged thanks to their work. These guys have an A+ service.
