My older brother recommended them and they were really helpful and quick to get things done! I had to move to a different city and they were fast on the uptake! They made things really simple and hassle free.

I had to move on short notice and Prime Relocation was quick to respond to my questions and got the job done in a short time frame. They were friendly and made sure the moving experience was stress-free/simple as possible! You can tell they take their job seriously and enjoy helping people move their stuff! I highly recommend!

I hired this moving company and was not disappointed. The pickup and drop off times were accurate and the promises about my things remaining intact were true. The movers were able to properly protect my belongings during this relocation. It was a successful long distance move. The moving crew was nice enough to assemble my things after they were dropped off and maneuvered into my new home. Good work.

This was a quick well orchestrated move by a Prime Relocation Services. I called them with a last minute moving request and they were able to accommodate me better than anyone else I called and asked. Well deserving of 5 stars.

Estimate given by salesperson, Niko Callis, who was presented with a very precise count of our total belongings was seriously underestimated, which we believe purposely done, so as to acquire the contract. When the movers came and picked up our belongings, we were charged 50% more than the estimate given to us. Since they came late at night, we could not call customer service or our salesman regarding this and felt taken advantage of. Our pickup and delivery commitments were completely mismanaged. We were repeatedly given different reasons each time, by different people, sales, customer service and operations, as to what the problem was and felt lied to by all. The truck was supposed to arrive at 9 AM to pickup and instead arrived at 7 PM. Promised delivery of our belongings were repeatedly delayed more than 10 days. We were given a day of delivery, then no truck showed up on several occasions. On the 4th delivery date we were given, the delivery truck was supposed to arrive by 1 in the afternoon, it arrived at 9:10 PM. Although the personnel on both trucks were delightful, sales and customer service personnel mis handled us to the point of causing us personal distress, we thought we would never see our belongings again! 3 items are missing and a few are damaged. Several boxes crushed.

I moved last week with this company for two reasons. First off my parents moved several times and hired them. Every time they were pleased with great service. Also I've noticed they take great care of all the things and they do a great job with packaging and wrapping. I have no complaints for this company and would like to recommend it.

Horrible unprofessional company. Did not arrive with a big enough moving truck. Said they would be at our new home in 3 days. After many excuses, I.e. truck broke down, driver got sick, etc. , part of our items arrived. Many items were broken (antique dresser, grandmother wedding dishes, garden statues, Dining table etc.). One of the persons unloading said that many of our boxes marked â fragileâ were on the bottom of other boxes. Many items also missing (sound system, clothes, hats, shoes, eyeglasses, complete set of cookware, fishing poles, ladder, and many other items.) They were not responsive to calls or e-mails. When a moving van arrived after over 2 weeks from California to Arizona, a 12 year old and a 14 year old were part of their unloading crew. Could not put things back together that they had taken apart. All they say is that they are sorry and they cannot find our items. Really??? That is their response. Would give them zero stars if possible.

They paid a visit to us to make a quote. The moving consultant explained to us the details of the service. We accepted the quote and decided to move with them. They were petty organized, punctual and everything ran very good. They did the whole thing for us, and all our stuff got no damage during the loading process. They were also quick when unloading. We were impressed about their great skills and commitment.

Fast and Affordable Prime Relocation Services was great to work with during our move. They showed up right on time and had our home loaded on the truck in just over 3 hours. Everything arrived at our new home right on time and was all there. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great movers! Used them for a small local move. They responded to my quote request very quickly. The movers arrived exactly on time and made quick work of loading and unloading the truck. They were very careful with my items and nothing was damaged in the move. I was very satisfied with Prime Relocation and their employees.

Great movers The movers treated my furnishings as if they were their own. Nothing was broken. In addition, the administrative team is quick and responsive. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and straightforward. The painless moving experience I ever had.

The guys that did the move were great, packed stuff well. My beef is that 1) I was told that I could use a credit card by the guy Richard Gibson that booked the move. The surprise was, at the end of a long hot move, we were told *sorry, we need cashiers check* ok so we scrambled and got one. Then I was told the truck would be there in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks and NO COMMUNICATION and no tracking number, I called for the third time and was told a range of 6 days. Predictably, it was the very last day. Then I was told I could pay the balance electronically. Oops... not working. So now I am scrambling in the heat to figure out how to get these guys paid so they will unload. Customer service was a bust! Do not use the company. They tell you one thing but on the ground nothing. Again, I feel bad for the actual movers. They were terrific.

I can tell positive comments only. I looked for a fast and reliable service and I found it in this company. First thing I saw was their years in business which is more than 20 years, other companies were too young and I didn't like they didn't include insurance and other advantages. Movers were so kind and nice to me. Also careful with my things and they placed everything where I told them which made it much easier for me to unpack. I would recommend them.

I recommended this company to a friend since I moved with them before. He called them and they paid him a visit to assess his move. He lived in a small building without elevator thus moving the furniture would be a little complicated. At the end of the day he moved without any issue, his furniture and appliances arrived in destination safe and with no damages. Everything was properly packed and protected. My friend called me and told me his experience gratefully.

The booking part was easy, my rep called and made it easy for me. He was responsive and committed. The movers arrived right on time and were very nice to me and my kids. The foreman made sure at all times that I was comfortable with the movements and listened to all my recommendations. I wonâ t hesitate to call this company again when needed.

We used Prime Relocation Services for our house move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our moving date was moved three times and they managed to accommodate us under these difficult circumstances. Very understanding and supportive at this stressful time. The two guys on the moving day were fantastic and so helpful. Finally the bins provided were collected in a timely manner so from start to finish we were really happy with this service

A small move but was urgently needed on my end to start a new job. Prime Relocation offered the most attractive price which is always a selling point for me. Now that its all said and done i know why they have so many good reviews. The company is a gem and does great work.

The movers did their job quickly and professionally, always with a great attitude. Everything went smoothly. All my items arrived without any damage. Most of my furniture is pretty expensive but fortunately they did a great job protecting it with packing materials. These guys make the difference in moving business.

The rep was incredible with the reservation process and planning all details. Movers were efficient and friendly and more than helpful, I felt pretty comfortable leaving my stuff in these guys hands, nothing was broken and they finished in pretty short time. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Great moving experience! He and the crew conducting the move were all kind, very professional, respectful and super efficient. They handled everything with care from breakdown and transporting to set up. They really are experts at what they do. Their expertise made my move less stressful. I highly recommend them.
