Water Removal Recovery Service
Had a leak behind my shower and the Prime Restoration team took care of it start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, found the source quickly, and explained what was going on without any upsell. The repair was clean and they left the bathroom in better shape than they found it. No more leak and no water damage creeping into the wall. Communication was easy the whole way through. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with water issues.

Water Removal Recovery Service
Heavy rain flooded our basement and I called Prime Restoration for flood cleanup. Their team pulled out the standing water right away, then set up dehumidifiers and air movers and checked moisture levels to make sure everything dried properly. They were professional and kept me updated through the whole process. The basement is dry and back to normal, with no lingering smell. If you need basement flood restoration or water damage cleanup in Rochester Hills, Prime Restoration is who I'd call. 5 stars.

Water Removal Recovery Service
Awesome company with super elaborate explanation of the loss process and insurance process. They handle all from start to finish. Fast response and onsite time. Document everything from start to finish. Clean work, clean looking crew. Very professional and even though a time of stress they make the issue less stressful with their actions and how they address the loss, personal belongings, just everything. Definitely call these guys for any disaster. You won't be disappointed.
