Spencer Montes owner of Prime roofing replaced siding to my building and garage, replaced ext door, stairway and awning. Spencer completed the job promptly and it looks great. Spencer stays in touch with pictures and updates and he calls back within minutes, if not he will text with clarity on any issue.

Their work proposal was comprehensive, and address our immediate and long-term problems. Prime was able to respond quickly and complete the work at a difficult time - pandemic, cold weather, holidays near. The crew was diligent and considerate. The work was completed on time and as described.

Prime Roofing came out and gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done to fix a leak that came up because of a lot of rain. They explained everything that needed to be done and how they were going to accomplish it. I felt comfortable with the recommendation and quote and they were able to get the work done within 2 weeks.

Spencer was very responsive, came out the following day for an estimate for the repair that we needed on the chimney for our house. The clean-up of the worksite was also great! There was a small hiccup with the timing of when the team would be out for repair, the rain had an impact on this, and when I called there was great communication of when the team would arrive. I will use them again and recommend them in the future!

Prime Roofing Group shows excellent customer service by providing an organized and descriptive bid and responding to phone calls and questions. The workers are professional, courteous and helpful. They did a great job with the tuckpointing and other roof and structure repairs on a three-story brick building. They left the work area clean. I do recommend them.
