Juan did not return phone calls for over 3 weeks. Lawn looked terrible after cut. I called Juan and told him the mowers were too big for yard and guys always cut the same way and were leaving ruts. Juan promised he would come with guys and show them how to mow which he never did; and promised he would get a stand behind Stag to cut grass. Juan left 4 concrete (13"x8") tie-rod together at the edge of my woods. Called and he promised guys would take them next mow. This never happened! I can't lift them and will now have to pay someone to take them away. Very embarrassing, took Juan to my neighbors for a project they wanted done. Juan agreed to do it, said he would be over on Friday and then never has showed up. I would never recommend his company nor use him again.

Great communication and was there when promised, no surprises as far as service and cost. Explained other services with no pressure. The lawn was left clean and beautiful. Will use them again!!!!

Juan puts the customer first. He is very knowledgeable and in addition to attention to detail he and is crew are very proud of their work and approach it both scientifically and artistically. Within first contact he arranged to meet me on my schedule right away to walk the property and determine exactly what needed to be done. He was on time both then and when we agreed to meet after the job so he could have me approve the work and pay for the job. He actually performed the work a day ahead of when he told me he would do it, which was a very nice surprise! He also initially walked the property with me listening to my concerns for a yard that had been severely neglected, paying attention to my priorities and budget while making excellent suggestions. The work itself transformed the yard and gives a very clean and tidy impression. Edge-work is the best I have seen akin to formal botanical gardens ...very professional. Trees removed large shrub/trees removed, roots gone, grasses gone. As others have said more work was done than was specifically discussed. Some plantings were replanted very knowledgeably so that they looked much better than before and to give the yard a nicer appearance. Curb appeal went way up as a result of their work. I look forward to the continued maintenance they are going to do and will hire them again. Juan is friendly and most important to me he really listens. He isn't just looking to make a quick buck keeping green things cut short. The fellow is a horticultural artist and great to work with!

Sod was too expensive so I had Prime Rose Landscaping remove the existing grass and seed my lawn. A harder working, friendlier, detail oriented crew would be hard to find. No corner cutting was observed. In fact, the Prime Rose men went well beyond my expectations. My expectation is to have them back at my home again and again..

Prime Rose, Juan and family, were great to work with. They accually did more work then what was requested. Price was outstanding. Only issue was being on time. I think this may have been just for that fact that I asked for a quick turn around at the busiest time for them. They fit me in when they were available. Work was completed over three days. Level/Grade, rock removel, bed mix install, Topsoil, seed, fert, and staw. 1/4 acre lot new construction. Great job and very flexible with minor changes and last minute requests. Lawn sprouted in 5 days and is filling out. Great job for two and half weeks of growth. Will recommend to neighbors.

Juan was very courteous and prompt. They delivered as expected adn the work was beautifully done! I would hire them again for my lawn needs anytime!

Still waiting for the job to be completed!! They say they will be there on a certain day , but don't show up. Several times this has happened. Definitely will not hire again.

Good timely service, their rider lawn mower was to big to get in the back so they used one gas operated mower that you could walk behind to complete the job. Job well done, thanks.

They did a wonderful job. They were slightly higher priced than the other quotes, but I gladly gave them the extra because of the job they did. The only negative comment I have is they did not do a good job of cleaning up after they finished.

well 2 brothers came to my home we discussed what I wanted done and they gave me a price witch was more then I wanted to spend but well worth the money, very well mannered and did above and beyond what we agreed upon. Thanks guy's great work!!

Juan and his workers did a fabulous job putting up a curving brick wall, new plantings, and planting grass seed. Our front yard needed updating and Juan had good ideas for what would look nice. His workers were efficient, hard working, and friendly. The quality of materials were top notch and everything was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Prime Rose for your landscaping needs.

Prime Rose replaced my brick patio using my bricks. Juan's goal was to do the best job possible. Roberto and Flavio worked hard and took much pride in their work. The were all very polite and conscientious, making sure that everything was done well. I would definitely recommend them.
