Prime Time Lawn Service is the best on customer service!! I needed them to come back out and do more trimming on a project! He communicated the days he could come, followed up on scheduling and showed up! He was very professional and a man of his word. I appreciate his honesty & sending pics of the completed job!!

He sent me an estimate & showed up when he said he would. Very polite & friendly!!

HORRIBLE dude! He came out to look at the tree and said he could do it gave me a quote, did not communicate about what he needed or when he was gonna come out, the day they came they were slamming branches on the roof and left small branches everywhere after cleaning up. They only did the low hanging branches I could have done myself and did not do the ones I actually called them to do because they were not prepared and did not have the equipment. Demanded over half the payment for the little they did and said they would come back and finish. Never came back, told me to go somone else and stopped replying to messages. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I hired this company and they came out looked over the complete job, he was very professional. Within in a few hours had a estimate. We worked quickly to reserve time fir the job snd it was done very well. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to spruce up their yard or have bean tree sprouts removed. He will be my first call when. Need more work done .
