Great company very thorough, John was very knowledgeable about pools and did additional things my old pool guys didn't do when closing the pool. We are very happy with prime time pools.

John was nice guy but did horrible job in opening my pool which caused me to have to call someone for repairs on my filtration system. I did as requested and cleared cover of water there were dry leaves on cover which I could not remove,instead of folding cover correctly and keeping leaves on cover he dumped all leaves in my pool which could not be handled with my vacuum which caused a clog and now my filtration system is not working
