On time service completed as agreed. The window ledges were not wiped. Price was twice the amount of Angie?s quote. We needed the service quickly and accepted it. Would not rehire for same price.

Awful experiance and rude

We take great pride in our work and the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we are compelled to address the false and defamatory statements made by Todd [Consumer Name Removed]. Our records clearly show that we arrived on the job site as scheduled. As soon as our technician began work on the roof, Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] abruptly left the property. We documented the completed work with time-stamped before-and-after photos, which were promptly shared with him. Furthermore, we made multiple attempts to revisit the property to address any concerns, but Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] refused to cooperate. It is important to note that Mr. [Consumer Name Removed] is a property flipper who, unfortunately, attempted to exploit our services without payment. His account has been forwarded to collections due to non-payment. We encourage anyone to review our 22 year long-standing track record of quality service and satisfied customers across multiple platforms. This company completely took advantage of me by over charging me for gutter cleaning work without authorization to my credit card. I caught it, and had an extremely difficult time fighting to get the money back, even though the owner himself was involved. I'd also done power washing during the same period, and I was put in an uncomfortable position when the tech arrived and they quoted an insanely high price. I'd asked for the office to give me a quote on what I'd paid previously before starting the work, and instead of doing this, they sent the tech over and said it would be $1k to power wash my front and back porch. I felt bad for the tech who said he'd cleared his calendar for this and would lose out if job wasn't done, so agreed to pay him $450 (including $50 tip) to do the work, but it was not done properly and I was on a business call when he asked for payment and couldn't check. When I reached back out to have them come back out to finish the job, I was asked what day would be good for him to come back. After replying, I never heard back from them, even after multiple email follow ups. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME AS WELL, AND STUPIDLY DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
