The phone customer service was quick and pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me a 100% accurate informal quote including all my planned upcharges even before the invoice showed up for signoff. So expectations were managed correctly, no surprise billing. The price was also reasonable. The technician came in the expected timeslot and was fast, accurate, thorough and polite. He was careful with all our furniture and stuff, nothing even got bumped. He was also quiet so we could go about our morning business. I have saved Prime Time as a company contact in my phone and will have no hesitation about reaching out when my windows need cleaning again.

Very good service. Happy with the result. Would be 5 stars if they had disclosed an additional 'mandatory' fee of $20 for 'insurance and training' when they first provided me the estimate. Would use again and recommend them but be aware of this fee.

The work performed was great they came went right up and were done in less than an hour when it came time to pay I was quoted 150 plus 8 dollars for each downspout I have 7 so the total I agreed on was a bit over 200 what I payed was 270 I was charged fees and roof sweep all not agreed on so sadly bait and switched me I will not be using this service again

Beware of this company. They were supposed to clean the inside and outsides of my windows. They did a terrible job - missed many windows, lots of windows still had dirt/smudges, charged me for more windows than my home has. Asked for partial refund and they have no response!

I am a repeat customer and have utilized this company for the third time and I have recommended this company to several of the homeowners in my area.
This year I have them out to do window washing and a small 5 x 12 area to be power washed. I was quoted $125 and scheduled the service.
Two days prior to my scheduled date, I received an email saying my technician was on the way. When I contacted them to find out why they were coming out two days early, I was told that the technician is in my area and would like to come out today. It was 5 o?clock in the evening, but I allowed that.
While the technician was power cleaning, I took my dog for a short walk. When I came back, the technician almost completed the work that I requested.
As it turns out, he power washed my condo building more than I requested and charged me $175. In addition, he missed a window and I had to have them go back and clean the window valleys of my brand new windows.
Do not use the service!

The contractor kept in touch prior to arrival to let me know exactly when he would be there. He was very thorough in identifying the problem areas of my gutters, describing his solution for cleaning out clogged debris, and was able to finish the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use this service again.

This company completely took advantage of me by over charging me for gutter cleaning work without authorization to my credit card. I caught it, and had an extremely difficult time fighting to get the money back, even though the owner himself was involved. I'd also done power washing during the same period, and I was put in an uncomfortable position when the tech arrived and they quoted an insanely high price. I'd asked for the office to give me a quote on what I'd paid previously before starting the work, and instead of doing this, they sent the tech over and said it would be $1k to power wash my front and back porch. I felt bad for the tech who said he'd cleared his calendar for this and would lose out if job wasn't done, so agreed to pay him $450 (including $50 tip) to do the work, but it was not done properly and I was on a business call when he asked for payment and couldn't check. When I reached back out to have them come back out to finish the job, I was asked what day would be good for him to come back. After replying, I never heard back from them, even after multiple email follow ups. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE MY FIRST TIME AS WELL, AND STUPIDLY DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, BUT WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
