They came the next day to give me a quote and my gutter guards were installed the day after that. Joshua was on time, professional and let the place spotless.

Overall I do not recommend this pro. The work do e is good. The tech that cleaned the windows was great, BUT the were very attentive until I confirmed I was hiring, after that they were not attentive anymore. Worst thing is that I asked them of they needed to come see mu home to confirm the quote. They said that was not necessary bc they could see all the windows in google maps. When the tech arrived he explained that the job was going to be much more expensive bc the quite had the incorrect number of windows. I think this was a trap! At the end to kind of stay in my budget, I just had them cleaning the exterior if the windows (half of the work I wanted to get done).

Quickly scheduled and came to property to complete gutter cleaning and explained everything before and afterward. Everything went smoothly! Easy to work with!

I assume the gutters were cleaned (since I certainly could not get up to check). I was charged for 9 downspouts, adding to the total. They did mention that possibile additional cost in the estimate. I was somewhat flustered because they came unexpectedly, saying they had another local job they had just finished. I hadn't even signed the online contract yet. I had in mind scheduling the job for a week or two later. Dave did check with the office for me regarding the scheduling before I accepted. Since the truck was unmarked, I wanted to make sure who they were. I went ahead once I was assured since that would save another trip from Chicago out to Wheaton (and I try to save fuel when possible). I am not sure how they cleaned the downspouts (and should have asked), but Dave did seem on top of his crew and was very efficient. I saw debris being hauled back to the truck and the grounds were left in good shape.

They are unreliable. I contacted this service. We agreed to a date, price and time interval The day of service, I waited 2 hours beyond the agreed time interval. I received no communication of a delay.. Finally, I called and asked why the ?no show?No apology given, explanation, tech running behind. I cancelled. However , have received text messages asking if I still need their services. Since I did NOT receive their services, I cannot address the quality of their work. I recommend Bubble, they are punctual!.

The phone customer service was quick and pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me a 100% accurate informal quote including all my planned upcharges even before the invoice showed up for signoff. So expectations were managed correctly, no surprise billing. The price was also reasonable. The technician came in the expected timeslot and was fast, accurate, thorough and polite. He was careful with all our furniture and stuff, nothing even got bumped. He was also quiet so we could go about our morning business. I have saved Prime Time as a company contact in my phone and will have no hesitation about reaching out when my windows need cleaning again.

Very good service. Happy with the result. Would be 5 stars if they had disclosed an additional 'mandatory' fee of $20 for 'insurance and training' when they first provided me the estimate. Would use again and recommend them but be aware of this fee.

The work performed was great they came went right up and were done in less than an hour when it came time to pay I was quoted 150 plus 8 dollars for each downspout I have 7 so the total I agreed on was a bit over 200 what I payed was 270 I was charged fees and roof sweep all not agreed on so sadly bait and switched me I will not be using this service again

Beware of this company. They were supposed to clean the inside and outsides of my windows. They did a terrible job - missed many windows, lots of windows still had dirt/smudges, charged me for more windows than my home has. Asked for partial refund and they have no response!
