I had such a wonderful experience with them and everyone that was involved in the process, which seemed like it was going to be a long process but it was very short! From the very beginning to the end, the process was surprisingly trouble-free and professional.
Kareem did such an amazing job helping us choose the right windows. With so many options, I felt overwhelmed because choosing the right window can be a stressful process, but he showed us nothing but patience, honesty, and professionalism. He answered all of our questions clearly with honesty and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy with their big decision.
The windows completely transformed our home, and you can tell they really care about the quality that they put out there. They put customers first

We had the best experience with Prime Window Solutions. We had plantation shutters installed throughout our home. I got others quotes, and found them to be better priced and/or comparable to others. Kareem did an excellent job explaining all of our options and answering all of our questions throughout the process. Tony builds a top notch product and pays attention to every detail during installation. Tony accepts nothing but perfection. Although I interfaced with Omar for a short time, he was very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get quality plantation shutters. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
