We had some challenges with our current computers and were not computer Savey enough to correct it ourselves. We hired Primed PC, and they were GREAT!!!, He was prompt and very knowledgeable on all the issues that we had. His price is reasonable and will definitely use him again for all of your computer needs.

We all know the frustrations of a computer not working properly. It was a Saturday, and as I do business on Saturdays, I could ill afford to not having any computer access. I did the usual cursory search having to use my phone to find a technician. All to no avail as none could come that day. Well, PRIMED PC came out that day and in 1 1/2 hours which is amazing on short notice. Dean is highly competent and personable. More than helpful as he was working on my machine for over 3 hours at an amazingly low cost !!!!

Richard did everything (and more) that he contracted to do, including acting as our personal shopper and picking up all the parts we needed. We definitely got our money's worth, and we will be calling him, again.

Dean was very thorough and made sure that I was happy with the work he performed before he left. He was upfront about the pricing (which was very reasonable) and he showed up when he said he would. I will definitely hire him again in the future and will be sure to recommend him to anyone who needs a computer repair tech.
