The first tech I hired could not complete the task.Richard went above and beyond for me.Made sure I was able to print from my phone which was critical.showed me the entire process step by step.I stand in awe of his skills his knowledge and his dedication the whole process seemed almost magical.

Printer wouldn't work due to Spectrum changing new equipment. Printer was not connected to Internet. I tried to fix it, but due to my age and legally blind, I called this company. Richard was professional, respectful and most kind. Not only was it the Spectrum issue, but Windows 11 did an upgrade and messed up my HP600 series Printer was frustrating to us, but Ricard found the issue and corrcted the problem. Will use him again Iif i have any computer issues.

"This is Ubsurd ! and Unwarranted ! First off I Helped him chose a new laptop over the phone made sure he got the best value for the price on the hardware. Made sure his old laptop was protected ! He didnt know he was paying yearly for office I made him aware of that ! Through his ms account that he was not familiar with ! (He bought office when he was at the store) So he could return office ! The Documents and Pictures did transfer over to the new laptop successfully ! But there was an issue with the downloads folder Thumb drive was having an issue ! he wouldnt give me time to try it another way. Printer was connected successfully via his wireless connection he said it wasn't but it most certainly was ! printed out several documents. I was not there for 4.5 HRS I was there for 3HRS charged him for 2HRS !"

We had some challenges with our current computers and were not computer Savey enough to correct it ourselves. We hired Primed PC, and they were GREAT!!!, He was prompt and very knowledgeable on all the issues that we had. We all know the frustrations of a computer not working properly. It was a Saturday, and as I do business on Saturdays, I could ill afford to not having any computer access. I did the usual cursory search having to use my phone to find a technician. All to no avail as none could come that day. Well, PRIMED PC came out that day and in 1 1/2 hours which is amazing on short notice. Dean is highly competent and personable. More than helpful as he was working on my machine for over 3 hours at an amazingly low cost !!!!
