Roman is the BEST! Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue with my air conditioning system, but he also took the time to carefully explain what was wrong and why each repair needed to be completed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the entire process. There was also an issue with the outdoor air conditioning unit, and Roman showed me exactly what the problem was while explaining how it affected the system. After completing the service, my home's cool air was fully restored after it had gone out the day before. With this heat, I needed help fast, and he came through! Excellent work on hvac cleaning.

Roman did an excellent job helping us after our thermostat showed an “R No Power” error. Before he arrived, two other technicians had tried to fix the issue, but nothing worked. Roman quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, installed the new Ecobee thermostat we wanted, and rewired several connections. He also found that a previous installer had incorrectly color-coded the wiring, which was causing confusion, and corrected it properly. We are very happy with the service and truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend!

Saved me thousands of dollars. First hvac guy I called told me I needed a whole new AC system. I called primeline for a second opinion. Roman came out, did a very thorough inspection and Got it back up and running better than ever before. We bought this house 7 years ago and I have been dealing with constant puddles of water from the system leaking and constant refrigerant leaking. I have had many different hvac guys work on my AC and not one was able to stop it from leaking water or refrigerant. Roman threw in a few services in for free, he was very friendly, clean, and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be contacting primeline again for any other hvac repairs.
