As the daughter of an electrician and a contractor, my expectations were sky high. But Cleveland did a better job than I even expected. And for a reasonable price! I honestly feel like the quality that I got was much much higher than I paid for, but he said that he charges an honest rate for an honest job and that could not have been more true. The inclusion of photos and video along with color coded indicators of whether something was a hazard or simply something to maintain were helpful for organization, and just a really nice touch. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is buying a house to enlist his services. We are buying our house as is, but still wanted to know exactly what we were getting our self into. If we ever decide to sell our house, we’ll probably call him again because his list of repairs was so detailed that I could see it being helpful for a buyer or a seller. 10 out of 10!

He was very thorough

I needed cleveland to help inspect the balcony areas around my house, particularly for moisture during the rainy season. He was incredibly prepared, knowledgeable, and prompt. Through his effort, I was able to get what I needed from my HOA to fix some damages. I am so grateful for his help and will hire him again.
