Alex and Adam were our installers. They were super efficient, professional and really nice. Before they started any work, they covered anything that could get messy including our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They kept us informed of every step from demo to finish. This has been the easiest remake project we have had to day. The shower is bigger than I expected and so pretty. Matt did a fantastic job and was so polite. He cleaned up after himself and I couldn’t be more pleased.

We worked with premier home professionals to convert our tub and shower into an accessible shower. The subcontractor team that came in to do the work was excellent. Installed. The way we requested, it looks great, and they left the house in excellent condition. Once the job was finished. I could not recommend Alex and Adam more. Truly skilled workers and professionals

Then work is beautiful and I am happy with how it turned out. However, the caveat here is that it was done by a subcontractor that I was told they did not hire. I was told that they do the work themselves with their own people and then a subcontractor showed up to my door and introduced himself as such. When the salesman was quoting the job for me, he failed to find out where the pipes were ran to make certain that everything would fit properly. Come to find out form the guy doing the work, the valve body that operates the on/off function and flow of the water would not fit in the space that the old regulator valve came out of. This meant that all of my bathroom storage had to come out and a wall needed to be built to create space for the valve to sit. I was told the cabinet needed to come out and I agreed to the work. However, I asked them to work with me and get me some sort of storage back since my bathroom was ALL OVER my living room and they did nothing to make it right.

Love the shower and the installer did a nice job and was very professional. Only two things that I would like to bring up. The salesman told me that the financing would be billed after 3 months deferred but I received a bill right away from Aqua. Also I called about the door going into the bathroom not shutting after the installation was done and your service Mgr was very short with me. He told me that I was calling his cell phone and that it was a Saturday. I am sorry but if I just spent almost 18k on a service he should be a little more professional.

the tracking was off on the initial install and corrected by installer....track is off again and an installer is coming back on Monday Mar 31 beteen 11-1....pretty expensive project for this to be happening....but it looks great and works well (except tracking)

Horrible warranty!!!!! Good reviews until the time comes when you need help with installation issues or fixing mistakes the company made. Ask the company to give complete detail about what they DO cover and how much it will cost you, BEFORE signing anything!!!!!!!!!!!! Limited warranty yes, very, very limited. Horrible company!!!!!

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
I was just getting a new tub and shower area supposed to take 1 day. Overall this project took weeks to complete. Shower has dripped from day one. I told the guy that came to finish the project and it was like I never said anything. It looks thrown together not like $9000 for just a bathtub and walls ie. half the bathroom

Everything wiht the Sales presentation through the install was EXCELLENT!!! The only issue we had with the transaction was the financing. My wife and I had to spend time, multiple phone conversations as well as emails, to try and get everything straightened out. They still weren't able to get everything finalized however, we will talk again as we get closer to our payoff.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
75 years old house with a very small bathroom decided to convert tub to a shower .spent over $17,000. I?m trying to love it but I can?t sales lady didn?t take into consideration the size of bathroom. I had about 16 inches between toilet and tub . shower door handle sticks out past the wall by about a half an inch - I hit my arm on it. If you don?t move the shower door towards the front, you hit your head on the handle. I ordered a niche which couldn?t be installed on the side they refused to give me any type of refund. My only choices were to put the niche on the back wall, which I did not want or I had the option of taking two corner shelves, which were ugly because you could see the bracket underneath them. So am out that money Installation team consisted of one man very nice guy however when he was taking the old tub pieces out, put a big scratch in my woodwork, would I do it again no absolutely not.

Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!
