Primetime Landscape

On a Sunday evening I discovered a leak [spewing] from a valve in my sprinkler system. I had hoped it was something that could wait until the next morning, but it started getting worse and spewing water profusely. It couldn't wait. The first contractor I spoke with wouldn't come out on a Sunday evening. Arlene at Primetime first tried to walk me through what needed to be done just to turn off the broken sprinkler valve. The problem was more than that. She and her husband drove down to Laguna Beach from Anaheim, about a 40 minute drive, in order to attend to the emergency. They were great. Primetime is a family business, and they do all the work themselves. They are good, honest, hardworking people, with fair pricing. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They did a good job and it was a lot of work. They moved quickly, and the price was very fair. I couldn't stay and supervise, I told them what I needed done and left them alone. When I came back that evening it was done and done correctly. They did better than I expected. I was totally surprised when they finished. I would hire them again in a second.

Unreliable. Stepped into my pool intake and broke it.

Hard workers. They did a great job.

It was a small fix. They came promptly and got it fixed right away.

They did a clean up job for my Mother in Law. They did what she wanted and at a lower mid than others.

They were honest and reliable. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The quality of the work they did was excellent and it was completed in a timely manner. We wiill work with them again!

After trying 2 unsuccessful attempts with other companies, I found PrimeTime through HomeAdvisor. They've done my yard for over a year now and have fulfilled EVERY request that I've presented them with. They fix and replace my sprinklers when needed and go that extra mile in keeping things weeded and looking nice. Highly recommend!!!

Quite a bit more monthly than any other service I have used in the past but so far they are worth it. Attention to details none of the others bothered with mostly mow,blow and go services.Guess you get what you pay for in this case.

Did a great job, Mike arrived on time

I hired them after finding them online. They were paid to maintainmy yard and yet all the plants were dying off. The office called me one time about a bill and Arlene was especially rude. Come to find out, they had the email incorrect so I did not receive it. Finally, when the yard didn't look good, I fired them and hired a new gardener, who told me that the sprinklers had not been working for quite some time. We had to replant the whole yard. HORRIBLE!

Primetime was the first to respond to my request for service; Arlene and Ishmael arrrived on time to provide an estimate; Ishmael and his cousin came-back the next day at the designated time; family-owned and operated; in business many years; Ishmael and his cousin were very pleasant, friendly, professional, helpful and accomodating. They did everything that I asked and aimed to please - which they did! I have signed-up for maintenance service with this company.

Primetime Landscape seems to be meeting the specific requirements that I proposed!! FULL ON care from day one!! They are more than willing to do what needs to be done with the fertilizing of and overall upkeep of both front and back yards!! Quite pleased with my new landscaper... RECOMMEND :-) :-)

Very resonable in price, did a great job cleaning up my mom's yard.

They said all the right things during of first meeting. They did a good job the first week but the quality quickly deteriorated by week three. The promised quality and all they delivered was mediocre service at best. They also bid a side job on our side yard. They asked for more money after they realized they hadn't purchased the proper amount of rock ground cover. They installed the extra rocks and it still wasn't enough. They then did nothing for two weeks while the front office promised the job would be done. After a weekend with no return call, I called and they yet again had another excuse. We terminated their service at that point.

They returned calls quickly and got my job done well within 5 days. They were good.

Prompt, professional quote. Good price. Good work.

Reasonable rate.

I gave them my billing(credit card #) and contact information and apparently they recorded it incorrectly. Later when apparently they hadn't come to my house in a while I contacted them and they explained that the service was discontinued because I hadn't paid. They claimed that they had made an effort to contact me by leaving notes at my front door. I never found any notes. When I asked what credit card number they ran that supposedly didn't work the person I talked to was unable to retrieve that information. Their record keeping is shoddy and their customer service is terrible. Avoid this contractor.
