What I liked most is he quoted me a price & even when he ran into some unforeseen problems that took much more time then anticipated the price remained the same...constant movement...no lollygagging...have put him in my personal contacts & would highly recommend...

John had customer service to where he came to do the work when it was convenient for me. Bibs discount furniture pulled times out of a computer so you got what AB 22 said no way around doing what the customer wanted.

John scheduled the appointment to meet with me to discuss the project the same day and was arrived promptly at the meeting time. He performed the work as promised and even offered suggestions for other improvements. I have subsequently hired John for a few other minor projects-putting up a drapery rod, hanging blinds, etc. I will continue to hire John for all my home repairs. His rates are fair and he shows you the receipt for all materials purchased.

John was early for our appt which it's better to be early than late so I didn't mind. He did a great job fixing our side gate and he charged a very fair price. He's very dependable and I would recommend him anytime.

Fine for small simple projects, but did not complete mine, because he didn't have the equipment with him or he didn't know how. Put the toilet paper holder back on the wall but didn't patch and paint the wall. Had to hire someone else to complete gas logs installation; he left, telling me to go get another piece of tubing, which in reality I did not need. Wasted time explaining the same thing over and over to me, when I really did not need the explanation, I just needed the job done. Nice guy but I will go with someone more knowledgeable next time.

"you were suppose to call me back when you had the extra pieces that Were needed ,if you are saying they were not needed is because some one else gave you a sweet story,I have been doing all kind of handyman work and I will put my self against any professional out there and I wikk more than hold my own,I think the problem here is in the eye of the beholder."

John went above and beyond my expectations, providing an excellent and professional job getting my house fixed in a variety of different area. He is dependable, knows how to do practically everything, and was completely honest and reasonable in his service fees. I hired him for one job and was so impressed that I asked him if he was able to do the other jobs that my house needed, as I realized he provided high quality work, with included a admirable work ethic. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending John.

did not knw what he was doing, 1-2 hour job turned into 7-8 hours. We had about 200 sq feet of extra vinyl and after all of his mistakes we don't have any useable vinyl left to fix the horrible job he did. Very nice man but incompetent worker.

"you are mistaken about my work,in first place you only had two old pieces of linoleum,no more than five feet each,their will always be cutting mistakes,but its not because of not knowing your job.There is no way to make a fool proof job on such a very old floor,What you really need is a compleately new flooring,I am not a mircle man."
