I was very pleased with this work. I can not describe to you how amazing the level of service provided by this company was. I had a very tight deadline to get a large but odd job done and Manny and his team at Soma were able to come in assess the situation and provide a solution that no one else was able to do. The finished product is amazing and I would use Manny and his team for any other project around my home. I was kept in the loop the entire time and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work in the amount of time that it took. Manny was kind, considerate, and overly helpful. As a realtor I have worked with more handymen and general contractors than I ever would have thought possible. I have never experienced a contractor to be as coordinated and on top of things. We hired Primus Company to replace the tiled walls surrounding our bath/shower area. Manny is a real professional, and is reliable and honest. He and his team show up on time, do their work quietly and leave everything clean when they���re done. They do excellent work, and have pride in what they do. Alex is a real artist with tile. Everyone we dealt with for this project was serious, polite and expert. While Alex was finishing his work, Manny noticed the sink needed caulk, which he furnished at no extra charge. He also replaced part of a baseboard at no extra charge. This was a totally good experience, and we are more than satisfied with the work. We have already asked Manny for a bid on another job.

They are personable, careful with your home, great communicators, stay on their timeline and delivered an amazing 500 square foot tiled floor on budget. I received prompt response to my request to fix the crumbling ceiling of the bathroom in my apartment replace a broken ceiling fan, and sink then paint the room following repairs. They were professional, worked quietly, and gave me important suggestions about fixtures and possible repairs. When they saw that the toilet had a leak they went out and purchased a new toilet and installed it immediately. I admired their skills, honesty and integrity. I plan to use their services again to paint the inside of my apartment.

This company has a broad range of skills, and can do almost anything. I hired Manny and crew to repair a number of things in the house, and went on to use them for our building painting, my outdoor patio and woodwork, rebuilding a mud/storage room, and building a custom screen door. So awesome to be able to go with ONE company for all things, and get the best quality in town. They are prompt, costs are very fair, and if you need outside contractors (like an arborist), he will send them to you! Great integrity, great crew, a Boston lifesaver!

My contractor Manny is very meticulous with his work. He and his workers are very respectful. He took care to show me everything that needed to be done to correct the problem with the floor joists and beams plus he recommended a plumber to replace the sewer & vent pipes. He coordinated the plumbing and carpentry work so it went pretty smoothly, cleaned up all debris and removed it. He will be working with me to now remodel my bathroom.

Manny responded very promptly to my request. He explained exactly what they would do and they did a beautiful job. The shower was regrouted and looks like new. They were unobtrustive in the house and cleaned up well. I would definitely hire them again.
