"Mr. A. Thank you for your comments and for allowing us to be of service to you. We are sorry for the delayed install becuase of the wrong color tub that was delivered to your job. The model number was correct but bisque color was delivered instead of off white. It was such a subtle difference in the color that our installer did not notice it. We apologize for the mistake and we are glad it was able to be corrected in a timely fashion. As far as the incorrect vavle, both our Sales Designer and Project Manager thought that they understood that you wanted a specific valve and just misunderstood exactly wht you were looking for."
