David Ketchum with principal Handyman Solutions was very careful while in our house...he researched the item he put together for us before he arrived. We were very pleased with his work and will be using him again.

David did an excellent job. The project involved taking out my mailbox and putting in a new one. Simple, right? Not so! First day we realized that the box I purchased would not work with existing post. David spent 30 min. or more checking three stores for necessary base plate. No luck. Decided to replace box with another along with post and plate. Piece of cake, right? NO! Now he is faced with removing old post. Finds out that post is encased with concrete 2 feet long and about 20 in. diameter at top and narrowing down to about 5 in. Looked like a giant golf tee! Weighed close to 200 lbs. I was really feeling bad for David. But he kept at it. When the old post was removed things got better, although he had heavy rain to deal with now. At long last, the new mailbox was up looking good! I have to say that David was a trooper! He put his all in this project . Anyone else would probable have given up . I think David will have a great story to tell to his future clients. Oh, by the way, David picked up that huge clump of concrete and placed it in the bed of his PU!! Would I recommend him? You can bet on that. He is at your place at the time he says he will and lets you know what he is doing and why.
