Principle Roofing

Excellent and professional experience with this company. We had a leak in the roof. The principal came out to take a look. They were able to come right away on a Saturday morning. The consultation was very thorough and the guy was very knowledgeable. We ended up needing a full replacement which was scheduled within a week and completed in a day. The crew took lots of precautions to not damage our home/property during their work. Clean up was very thorough. Pricing was competitive with other companies we were quoted. This company made the effort to go the extra mile every step along the way. I highly recommend them, and I wish they did more than roofs.

This is our second time calling PRINCIPLE . We purchased a small rental in Osceola and needed a new roof. From the Crew to the Feild manager and owner himself ,everyone goes above and beyond!!

Principle Roofing did high quality work on our roofing job. All the way from the initial quote to the work itself, I was kept informed at every step. No shortcuts were taken. We also had extra insulation added, which was great since we didn't have to find someone else to do that. We were amazed at then clean up - very little debris was left around our house. The job was completed in a day.

Professional and responsible folks from beginning to end. Communicated well throughout the process, answering our questions, helping us navigate through the insurance world, and setting and keeping their scheduled appointments. Kudos to Dan for his honest and careful front-end work and to Celo for carefully overseeing the work site. The roofing crew was incredibly hard-working and committed. When the team left after finishing, you couldnâ t even tell they were here â except for our beautiful new roof! Thanks to the entire Principle team. Very happy with Michianaâ s top roofing company!

I contacted PRINCIPLE because I noticed some swelling and mold at our baseboards. When we had purchased our house, the inspection report indicated there was water infiltration from the roof. We had the entire roof replaced at that time. Only two years later, water was still entering the house through the roof. I knew that the previous roof installer was not the right person for the job. I called Dan and he was quick to visit our house. He suggested a solution and gave me a quote the next day. He was very communicative throughout the process. He took photos of the issues and the repairs (see attached). I also appreciated that he would text me before arriving to our house so I knew what time he would be there. I have recommended Principle Roofing to my close ones . I would definitely hire Dan and Principle Roofing

I would highly recommend principle roofing. We had our roof replaced 2 years ago. To recap our experience, Dan came to our home to assess the roof, explained what he saw and provided pictures of the damages. Then, he returned to our home to provide a couple of options, provided a presentation of the different products, warranties, and pricing. We never felt pressured to make a major decision on the spot. We did our due diligence and had two other companies provide us with quotes. We chose Principle based on product and warranty for the money. For the service, the crew showed up on-time and had the house done in a day. To beat all, the clean-up was great too. Wes stopped by to check on the job progress. Then, Dan followed up the next day with final inspections, took photos, and payment. I received my warranty via email. Any questions that my husband or I had during this process was handled in a timely and professional manner. The best part, we have no more leaks and had plenty of compliments about the roof. With such a positive experience, I wish I can give more stars.

They are great. I have used them on numerous projects on multiple homes. They are an amazing value and they are straightforward and honest. Hire them.

Dan was able to come out same day we discovered the leaking roof. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He showed us the problem and was honest about the real fix needing to wait til warmer weather. He sealed where the leak was and let us know we should call if any further problems. Good work Dan!!

Absolutely phenomenal! Timely, professional, very reasonable costs, and extremely accommodating. Kept to their deadlines and cleaned up after themselves, all while doing a great job. They were also very helpful in advising me with some of the decisions and what would work best with my house. Above the bar standards, friendly, and I can't say enough good things about Dan. My house looks great and I knew I was in capable hands the whole time!

Dan came to my home the day I called about a crack in my ceiling. He was very detailed with his explanations and provided pictures of the damage in areas I couldn t see. I look forward to working with him in the future.

He was very professional, we loved his work, and it was at a good price.
