There is a drain pipe leak in my wall from the upstairs bathroom sink. (REMOVED) came to my home, reviewed the situation, quoted costs for multiple scenarios and was to begin work on May 25, 2026. On Sunday morning he texted to say he was not licensed and could proceed. As of today, May 27, The leak is not fixed. All Action Plumbing has accepted my repair request and cannot start until June 4. I find the many fault here with Angi! The proposed workers are vetted by Angi (supposedly) before they are put on the PRO list. Obviously Angi did not. I am requesting either Angi pay for the upcoming work or send me a check for $500 to offset the damage and inconvenience we are still encountering. If necessary I will share this with my attorney for insight to recovery.

Prentice was so easy to work with. He is very courteous. He let me know when he was on his way to my home. He did exactly what he said he was going to do unclogging my toliet. His prices are very good. I will look no further then him for future jobs. I will be telling friends and family also.
