Terry was outstanding. He was thoughtful, considerate, and more concerned with doing an excellent job than in selling me a system I wouldn't be happy with. While the unit is still new and I cannot comment on future warranty needs (if any), I am very satisfied with the work performed. I am especially surprised that all individuals� involved (3 people) were well mannered, displayed an aura of knowledge, and were courteous.

Terry Hewitt did a first rate job for a fair price. This was a repair of an older AC system that many other companies refused to do. He located replacement parts from internet suppliers that I could directly purchase eliminating otherwise huge contractor markups. I would recommned Priority Fuel for repair and replacemnt of HVAC equipment to anyone in the Greater Hartford Area.

If you want the job done right, call Terry! He is very professional, courteous and on time. Terry is very neat and detailed oriented! He fully explained to me every detail of what he was doing. Upon completion, he walked me through a complete inspection of the installed furnace and air conditioning units. I am very pleased with the work Terry did for me.
