Bill did a good a job and was able to perform the inspection within my requested timeframe. His report was detailed and highlighted items needing repairs. He was also very personable and knowledgeable. His pricing was reasonable at $375 for the home inspection he did for a townhouse I am buying.

Bill was extremely courteous and helpful in his suggestions. He is one of a few contractors who show up when they say they will come. Makes a nice change from people like Sears or Comcast who say between 9&1 and who show up at 4:30.
