"The appraisal Mr. Shah received from my company was reviewed by a 20 year property appraiser who agreed with my valuation of the property. Mr. Shah wanted a lowballed appraised value to assist him in negotiations of the subject property and I informed Mr. Shah I must remain unbiased and impartial in delivering him my opinion of value. All my comparable properties used in the appraisal were the most recent sales available, ALL in the SAME neighborhood and similar to the subject property. These are not apples to oranges comparisons. As a retired military officer and pilot I stand by the quality of my work, the detailed analytics completed for his appraisal and I will never compromise my integrity. Thank you."
