Did repairs quick an explained what caused the siding came off and needed repaired.

Just had work done to my house a day ago. So far so good. Donny was and is very professional in every way. The work him and his workers done looks great! Would like to hire again for future projects, no doubt about it. I had to have the top half of my one story house repaired with new siding. not major work, but still I am very satisfied.

Priority home solutions is an excellent and reputable company for all home repair situations. Donnie Mayes is incredible to work with. If it wasn't for him, I would've had to pay over 60% of a roof replacement. Earlier this year, we had some shingles starting to come off due to storms and wind as did others in the neighborhood. The damage only worsened as time went on and finally I had Donnie come out and help me through the insurance claim process and working directly with our adjuster to explain why the insurance company should be liable to cover the cost of the roof. A couple weeks later after materials were ordered and received, Donnie and his installation crew came out and tore off my old roof and put on a new one all in one day. They were very respectful and left my product cleaner than how they found it! If you have damage to your home and need to make insurance claims, you are missing the opportunity to maximize your repair or replacement process if you are not working with Priority Home Solutions! Kind of pricy. We talked about replacing and repairing the entire soffit on my home for a price. However the repairman said his jobs to repair /replace just theist the damaged section. So it seams I paid full price for half of the the supplies and labor.

Donnie replaced some damaged siding. He did a great job searching and finding replacements that were almost a near match! I am very happy with his workmanship and would highly recommend him!!

An initial visit by Donnie for a free estimate was a good experience - everything after that point was disappointing. If you have a deadline to meet, I would not recommend hiring this company. Communication was lacking. He did not show up to do repairs the first week of June as I was originally told, yet nothing was communicated until I reached out to them. Repair work was not done exactly how I wanted it to be even though Donnie and I thoroughly discussed how I wanted the repair work done at both the initial visit for the estimate and right before the repairs were started. However, it will suffice for its purpose and it looks decent so I will leave it. I purchased a gallon of custom paint for them to use on the repair. His contractor took the paint when he left without me knowing until afterward. I immediately contacted Donnie. It took them another 10 days to come to drop it back off at my house. Not as professional of a company as I was hoping for - but they got the job done eventually - even if it was not exactly how I wanted it.

Very fast service! Came out to inspect my damaged roof within 3 hours of call. Came back to repair within a couple of days. Very satisfied, would hire again.
