Firstly, Steven responded to all my calls and texts with suggestions on different type of locks even though he was not sure if I hire him. He was polite, patient and did not hide his prices. Secondly, he came the same day as promised Thirdly, he not only changed locks but he adjusted to my doors so it fit and work perfectly. Forth, price is very affordable Fifth, he can do some handyman work if it requires I would recommend him to all my friends and without hesitation will ask him for help again and again.
