Priority One has now worked on our house twice on different sewage issues. And, while I hope to not need to use their water mitigation and recovery services again, they'll be who I continue to use for damages moving forward! Throughout the whole process, the whole team has been helpful and efficient in mitigating the issue, working with my insurance company, and fixing the house to better than it looked before. Priority One Construction LLC is a reliable company. The staff are very professional, friendly and patient. I was lucky enough to find them online. On December 24, 2022, the water pipe in the kitchen of the rental house burst. The tenant called me just in time for Christmas. I quickly dialed the phone numbers on Google one by one. It's holiday season and really bad snowy weather, no one can come. Luckily, I searched and contacted Priority One Construction LLC and they sent someone right away to fix it, they also fixed other hidden problems. This is the third time the pipe has burst.
